Do not rent from Pathlight Property Management. You will regret it. Do not interact with them at all if you can avoid it. They are entirely disorganized and incompetent and this app is no help.

Can’t get past login

I’ve had this app for months and still can’t get it to work. After entering my information, all I get is a white screen. Nothing else. I’ve tried closing/restarting the app, restarting my phone, and even just waiting all to no avail. It would be convenient to be able to handle my needs from my phone, but I guess I’ll have to wait until this issue is fixed. Until then I have to use a computer.

This app is pretty worthless. It only seems to work when you’re making a payment.

We’re without air conditioning for many days with no one getting back to us even after several calls. We ended calling local HVAC technicians that responded within 8 hours.

Four days later, Pathlight had still not gotten back to us.
