Show pics to ppl trying to quit?

I really enjoyed QuitWeed before the update, even paid to remove ads and whatnot. The latest update they added pics of weed to the screen that shows how long you’ve gone w/ out. Why would I want to see a pic of a fresh bowl when I’m trying so hard to not have one?

I like it, although,

It does not have the option for d8 pens, so I cannot really use the money side of it, however it is good for the countdown and my symptoms. It is always something to look back on and see my progress. Great app.

Super Helpful Tool

QuitWeed was recommended to me by another fellow cannabis addict, and it’s been very helpful. The free version is great- you can see your progress (days weed free, how much weed you’ve avoided, how much $ you’ve saved). It also shows your progress with when withdrawal side effects generally subside and when your body and brain have had enough time to heal. I’ve paid for the full version, and that includes information about the long-term phases of marijuana sobriety, the common side effects in each phase, encouragement, and tips for coping.

Really helping with my sobriety journey

Helped me know what to expect as I detox and when I can expect relief. I tried multiple apps and this one was my favorite. Would definitely recommend. I wish u luck on your own journey

Free and well made

QuitWeed is organized and works very well. It’s nice to have an app that has options for ad free stuff, but doesn’t force you to buy it.

Super Helpful App

This is a great app for those who are looking to take a tolerance breaks or completely quit cannabis. I found it from a Reddit thread and have been using it since. Thanks to the developers!!

Part of the arsenal.

I’m on Day 10 and not feeling the best. QuitWeed has given me additional information to give me hope I will feel human again. I am spreading QuitWeed name on every forum post and to people in need.

Best App to Quit

Just wanted to thank you for making QuitWeed - brining together some fun tools while also providing so much information on the quitting process, its phases, and tips to get through the challenging times.

Im honestly enjoying the app

It’s super encouraging to see all the stats! Sobering up definitely hasn’t been easy but looking at my progress, health and money saved helps a ton. Im excited to hopefully soon see my memory at 100% !

Helped me quit.

I do not even pay for the full thing, however just seeing the countdown and seeing the health timers countdown is really satisfying and accomplishing. I get a little bit of a dopamine rush at achievements. Haven’t felt better, I am a whole week sober.

Excellent app with great value

There are a lot of apps out there to help with quitting nicotine, alcohol and other substances, but not many dedicated to marijuana specifically. I’ve tried to use those and they have not been as helpful. QuitWeed contains valuable resources about specific withdrawal symptoms and timelines that come with quitting weed, reinforcement of milestones with achievement badges, and cravings support. The full version is only one payment of 9.99 instead of a monthly fee, well worth the cost if you are trying to make a serious quit attempt!

Amazing Helpful App

I love QuitWeed it’s been so helpful, every time I have the urge I open it up and it helps tons.

The only addition I’d like to see is a Widget for your home screen so you can see all your stats throughout the day without opening QuitWeed . Otherwise amazing app though!!!!!

Excellent Free App with sources

QuitWeed has loads of health data points to track and encourage progress as well as source citations for those of you who want to know where they’re getting their information from. It works better than apps I’ve paid for. I highly recommend it!

Really helpful

QuitWeed made a big difference for me when I quit. Not only does it show you how many days you’ve been clean, but it also tracks the likely withdrawal symptoms you’ll experience, and gives you an estimate for when they’ll improve.

Highly recommend.

Keeps Me Accoutnable

I really enjoy QuitWeed, it helps me keep track and the various goals being achieved gives me a sense of accomplishment. Would highly recommend if you’re trying to quit. I’m an 11 year smoker quitting I verified the information QuitWeed provides through ChatGPT and it’s pretty accurate. Good luck to you!

A valuable (collection of) resources

I've written 3 reviews of QuitWeed. After the developer responded, they fixed the issues that I had a problem with (typos, broken links). QuitWeed helps me stay accountable to myself and gamifies the quitting process by providing progress bars and what to (more or less) expect within that time frame. While it's a personal journey for everyone, QuitWeed provides a LOT of external, medical resources and is an essential companion in my efforts. Thank you again.

Excellent. Better than other addiction apps for weed.

I really like how the $ and time go up in real time. It helps me quantify how much $ I really wasted. I think my favorite part is the different timers with various stages of withdrawal, all with reputable sources. I’ve spent a lot of time just reading through these and I’ve come to realize there’s a lot concerning the addiction I had 0 idea about. Highly recommend.

Update; I’m a month clean thanks in part to QuitWeed. The new update is awesome and visually much more pleasing!

So validating

I just decided to get sober and a huge part of that for me is joining a 12 step program. Although I’ve been going to meetings since I quit/got clean, there’s still a little (addict) voice in my head saying “you aren’t addicted, it’s just weed” and “you don’t belong in a 12 step program it’s JUST weed!” But the intro of QuitWeed ALONE is incredibly validating!! The confirmation that weed addicts ARE drug addicts brought tears to my eyes. All of those feelings of not belonging and not needing to quit are melting away 🩷 thank you for QuitWeed. It’s saving my life.

Kind and encouraging

I don’t usually write app reviews - not sure I’ve ever written one tbh lol - but I saw QuitWeed recommended on a Reddit thread for people trying to quit and decided to try it. Whomever wrote QuitWeed is amazing. Maybe it’s cause I’m in my feels thanks to withdrawal lol but sometimes the way they phrase things makes me want to cry (in a good way). It’s kind, gentle, and encouraging. It’s been so helpful for me, and being able to see where I am at in the process scientifically is incredibly calming and reassuring (I am a healthcare professional with health anxiety 🙃).

GREAT APP

If you are looking to quit, use QuitWeed. The way it guides you through the (much longer than you think) stages of the marijuana withdrawal process is priceless. Thank you!!!
