KeystoneConnection does not work.
There’s nothing useful, interesting, or necessary on or about KeystoneConnection. Come to think of it, it is actually an accurate reflection of Keystone Property Management work ethic in app form. A clear insight of their inability to provide a reliable self service service and good source of information for their clients. Creating more questions than it answers. 👎🏻1 star = Fail
Wow - what a terrible user experience. Didn’t even let me register. The tech is garbage -
App does not allow me to login using the same credentials I use for the Web/Desk version. I am able to login easily using my computer on the web page.
Not very useful or functional, so annoying that you’re forced to view it in portrait on an iPad as it won’t pan in landscape format. I bet it wasn’t cheap, what a waste of money!
Can’t log in half the time
Do better. Really test KeystoneConnection and the website for homeowners, because some basics do not seem to work. Currently, the “Forgot Password” feature doesn’t work. I can get one step further into the “Forgot Password” process than the Keystone Connection website in that after entering my email address the prompt disappears. To be even clearer, the same prompt does not disappear. In both instances email is not received to my registered email address. I thought maybe I need to create a new account, but the site ensures me that the email address is already registered (this is expected). If there’s a problem with the browser or its configuration (such as blocking JavaScript or pop-ups) it doesn’t inform the user in the slightest.
The page where one enters their identifiable information during registration is a usability nightmare. I know, because I am a website and application tester.
You guys should have just stuck with the web app. KeystoneConnection is barely functional to make a payment but lacks all the functionality that the web app had including historical payments, work orders, violations, etc. I’m on iOS and KeystoneConnection is missing a simple pdf viewer SDK to view anything from the document library. Calendar is not UX friendly.
I’m assuming this was released to meet a launch deadline but it is unfinished.
