3 months agoI do not remember ever signing up to pay for this app and you have been charging my a monthly fee for a number of months although i have never used it, nor even knew it was on my phone. I am requesting that you cancel my subscription and refund the money you’ve charged to my credit card for numerous months. Thank you, Margarita Wallace

I want wanting to change my hair color and I thought this was a cool way to see what a new color looks like on me. Wrong. It’s crap. You can’t choose real hair color and real styles. I’m trying to cancel now and am having trouble doing so.

Email doesn’t work and message center didn’t work. I want a refund for the yearly charge that got sent to my card instantly 39.99. I wanted the short 3 day trial! I would never had paid for anything as the app is terrible!
