Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Converzy app issues:

Force Stop the Converzy App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Converzy app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Converzy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Converzy App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Converzy app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Converzy.
