4 Most reported problems 😔💔
I purchased cards on 2 Feb and was checking on the status. The money came out of my checking account on 2 Feb. They were supposed to arrive to day 14 Feb. What is the status? The $ amount was $29.27.
Kind of useless at this point

I can’t do anything on the app other than see and accept or decline offers. The search feature and trying to buy cards isn’t great. When I click on my dashboard it just take me to the website, where I should’ve went in the first place. There’s a lot of potential here but this is far from it. I would love to be able to do the COMC challenge from the app, or even just have a mobile dashboard.

Every time I make an account I’ll use it for a while and then I will get signed out and it’s gotten to the point where I have made like 10 accounts and for the one account I remembered the password to it would just put me back on the login screen.
App crashing

I loveed the app when it worked. Three days ago my app started crashing. Ive restarted my iphone and re-downloaded the app and it’s still crashing. The app opens up for like 2 seconds and shuts off.
