Currently on the Navigator and was informed by tech services the app only works on one of their ships. The remainder are not equipped for its use. Least they could do is inform you in the app which ship it works on. App was developed 4 years ago.
The ship we are on is still using cards and it seems the rest of the industry is getting more advanced technically. Even lower end lodging has updated room entry via phones.
I gave 1 star rating because they won’t take 0.

This app is garbage. I’m on board Seven Seas Splendor, and downloaded this app. When I start it up, it just prompts me to join ship WiFi (which is pretty bad, but I’m connected already), or I have the option of clicking “I AM NOT ON BOARD”, which just turns the app into a captive browser for Regent’s web site, but that does not work well at all. Total trash. Very disappointed in all of this.

Completely, totally, utterly, irredeemably useless and a waste of time. I tried this several times. The app always told me to connect to the ship's wifi ad infinitum, even if already connected. The "connect to wifi" button did NOT connect to wifi; instead it connected to prefs for the app. I couldn't get any further. The developer should be ashamed for publishing this travesty of an app!
