I’ve seen others complain about this and the devs just say “make sure you did it right.” I’m a dev myself and I can say for certain that your app doesn’t fit different screen sizes. I have an iPhone SE and both QuantumHealth ’s landing page as well as the first step to register cut off important info as they don’t allow you to scroll. This is such a simple fix I have no idea why you haven’t addressed this yet. Make your HEALTH app accessible to many device sizes, please. Not just the most oversized iPhones on the market

Why can’t it log me in ??? It just keeps rolling and staying on the same log in page.

I can’t click forget password. Nothing is working , what a horrible app

How are you supposed to “chat” with someone when all it does is gets dropped and you have to start all over again.

Ya need to fix that and it should’ve been done before QuantumHealth rolled out. You know check it and have someone else cross check it to make sure that it works.

As soon as I open QuantumHealth , I ask it not to track my data across other websites etc, and it says, “oops something went wrong.” I press the try again button and it’s just an endless loop of, “oops, something went wrong,” and “try again.” I can’t use QuantumHealth at all. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it’s just the same loop.

Very unhappy with Quantum Health. I’m ready to sit down with some claims and first I have to set up the new app. After 3 attempts I had to call for help. Later I’m trying to open an EOB and am unable to do so. I called again. They could not help me. Later my husband downloaded Acrobat and I could open it. I wish someone would have advised me I needed Acrobat. This is not a user friendly app!

Keep getting stuck in an endless loop of the “newer app version needed” and then ultimately being unable to login on the other app. I reset my password using QuantumHealth and now I can’t even login on the quantum health website. So ironic considering I get constant emails from quantum health saying to download their newest and greatest app. Something is seriously wrong with their technology

Downloaded new app. Attempting to register as it says you must do, then it tells me I must download the old app. Open old app and then it tells me to download new app. Rinse and repeat. Going to say QuantumHealth is not useful as I can not access any of health benefits and claims information.

Our corporation recently switched from Engage over to Quantum and I'm not impressed. We used to enjoy the fitness challenges and the ones on Quantum are not intuitive at all. We have Apple watches and no one seems to know how to sync them up so our steps are automatically tracked. I tried getting in touch with Chat twice and lost the connection each time due to server issues. It's been disappointing so far. :(

For several days I keep getting the error message “Oops something went wrong”. I can’t login on the website or through QuantumHealth .

I can't even register to use QuantumHealth because the “next” button below the SSN box is out of screen, can’t be scrolled down to, can’t be tapped or tabbed over to. Terrible

I was trying to live chat with a care coordinator, but couldn’t respond to them because every time I tried to type the keyboard would go away.

MyQhealth was updated to the new app and for whatever reason I can’t get any of the information from the insurance card to get recognized in order to register.

QuantumHealth is an absolute joke. Every time I try to search for a provider it opens up the Aetna website which half the time fails and gives an error message. Why doesn’t it open the Aetna app that’s also installed on my phone? So I end up having to call in to get help or use a browser directly.

This is all I have been getting for past 3 days. Old app was far superior to this one. Very frustrating when it dealing with something as important as heath insurance.

I have tried to update my app three times now and keep getting this message , very frustrating as I’d like to be able to look up providers on my phone when I’m not home to access my laptop.

QuantumHealth will not let me get past the first page to register. The “next” button at bottom of page remains where it is not able to be clicked on.
I have reported it prior to this review and nothing has been resolved.

QuantumHealth works well when it lets me login but even if I save my information and use Face ID it gives me an error saying the biometric readings are invalid and to login again. It’s a waste of time to always have to go through all the steps.

Okay app, but you can’t save log in information and it is frustrating every. Single. Time.
I hope they update soon!

This is a review for both Quantum and their app.
Quantum provides no additional help that you couldn’t get from contacting your insurance or provider. They have somehow inserted themselves into the healthcare transaction without providing any additional benefit.

QuantumHealth is difficult to navigate and the chat feature hasn’t worked since January at least.

Navigating health insurance is already difficult enough. Quantum has made it even more difficult.

I keep getting error messages when attempting to look at individual claims and benefits such as accumulated deductibles and maximums. I updated app today and same issues are happening. I don’t even know who to contact about QuantumHealth not working.

Explanation of benefits not viewable in QuantumHealth , multiple links are broken, password resets don’t send to email in a timely manner.

Login screen doesn’t work with iPhone password vaults.
Paying providers is completely counterintuitive.
Doesn’t show adequate details about transactions.

It’s not like we have a choice to use HealthEquity, but don’t bother with QuantumHealth .
Just use the web site.

Tried to update MyQHeath app. Said I needed to download the Quantum Health app which I tried to do but when I try to submit my info it says I need to download the MyQHealth app which I already have! Never had a problem with the MyQHealth app until now.

Issue 1: when typing in the initial question, can not go back and edit text. Must delete entire text and start over. Copying, highlighting, and pasting i almost impossible for some reason. People want to refine their medical questions and give adequate context.
Issue 2: Chat often disconnects and says “failed to connect to server”. I can never get my questions answered because i get connected to a person then a few mins later im disconnected from server. Do you know how much time i’ve wasted through disconnection- mine and the various agents i’ve connected with?

User unfriendly design. QuantumHealth was fine until I had a yes/no question pop up in my face that forces me to QuantumHealth store.

It’s otherwise servicable and generally fine. 6 or 7 out of 10

Very helpful, and bonus, Face ID login option.

Easy to use and find info. If not, able to find numbers to contact people for help.

Very easy to use and always working, rarely have any issues with it. Everything i need for my medical coverage is always on QuantumHealth

It’s so helpful to have all my health plan information and resources in one app. It’s easy to connect with my nurse for follow up information after calls.

All my employer benefits in one place, along with access to my ID card, summary plan description and the ability to connect with Care Coordinators by Live Chat, secure message, phone or scheduled call.

QuantumHealth is so helpful and easy to use. I love how you can seamlessly flow from one link to another. Plus my QH representative is awesome!

Love that I can check claims, pull up my ID card, search providers, find available programs, etc.

QuantumHealth is amazing. It really helps me find out information on claims, providers & much more. It is very informative. I highly recommend.

I love being able to just my ID card without downloading it. And I think the new app is more user friendly and has a better look! Great job on designing QuantumHealth !
