How to fix Lumi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lumi app on iPhone
Update Lumi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lumi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lumi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lumi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Lumi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Lumi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Lumi App
1. On android, goto Settings » Lumi » click [Force Stop]

Update Lumi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lumi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Lumi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Lumi.

Fix Lumi unable to contact server/ Lumi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Lumi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Lumi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Lumi
