How to fix MonkeyWerx app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MonkeyWerx app on iPhone
Update MonkeyWerx app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MonkeyWerx iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MonkeyWerx on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MonkeyWerx network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MonkeyWerx Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MonkeyWerx not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MonkeyWerx App
1. On android, goto Settings » MonkeyWerx » click [Force Stop]

Update MonkeyWerx to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MonkeyWerx App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MonkeyWerx » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MonkeyWerx.

Fix MonkeyWerx unable to contact server/ MonkeyWerx internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MonkeyWerx » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MonkeyWerx » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
