When a spider name is populated, click through to more descriptions and 10 of my 10 try's, the results were never more that 18% accurate according to the app.
Most of the time their results said only 10% accurate. That means there's only a 10% chance they got it right and 90% chance the app identified the wrong type of spider. I wish I could get a refund even for the $3 spent to try it out

When you tried to take a picture of the bug it would take the picture but it wouldn’t even identify it, and you have to have a member ship to use the app so it cost money and it never said anything about a membership, so i can’t even use the app but picture insect is an amazing app and it identifies the bug for you, and actually works so go get picture insect for free!

After using it a couple of times you have to either pay weekly or for a year. Also it doesn’t identify bugs correctly half the time. Useless.
