There’s no way to see the app features

You cannot find anything related to IntermittentFasting unless you pay for it. Apparently It has high reviews but you can’t read them for some reason. I paid for it and I can’t find anything that I could say IntermittentFasting is better than the other apps like Simple or GoFast. If I hear back from the developer with a guide that I can get the most out of IntermittentFasting I would change my review

OK but could be a lot better

It doesn’t seem like the information updates very often and, the information is interesting… But stale. In “the club“ the other messages from other members don’t populate properly… This is a software glitch. It makes no sense that you can’t track your water intake over the same number of days as you can track your weight loss seems like a simple fix… A simple method to be able to download or print the recipes would be helpful since trying to prepare a meal staring at your app on your phone is a pain in the neck… Doesn’t seem like that would be complicated either. A suggestion would be to add a place where other members can make suggestions on modifications on the recipes… This would give IntermittentFasting providers extra content to share. I can’t get anybody to respond to me… However, I’ll give them a little break on this since it was over the holiday season… Looks like they have people from all over the world, responding… Not sure if there are people who understand the nuances of life in the United States… But I guess we’ll see. Price point was OK… But I don’t think I’ll resubscribe next year unless they start making some meaningful changes here

Men Fasting app

Men Fasting and IF have managed to motivate and inspire me to lose all the weight I’ve gained over the last 10 years. Weight i was resigned to carrying around with me for the rest of my life. Down almost 50 pounds in just under 3 months and I’m blown away, truly. Would never have managed this without IntermittentFasting and all the support that comes in behind the scenes. It’s truly a group effort because just when you think you’re going to crack, one of the other guys in the group will inspire and give you strength to continue! Can’t recommend this enough, whether you’ve got a 100 pounds to lose or 10 pounds! IF isn’t just a diet, it’s a lifestyle change for life.

Fasting

What I like most about it is, there’s times because of peoples schedule,You can’t start fasting exactly when you planned it out.
For example, at my sons house last night playing games me and my wife with his wife my fasting is set up to start at 7 PM nibbling on snacks dips till 8:30.
I like to stick to exactly 7 PM starting my fast.
Well, that did not happen. Did not want to be rude and not taste her dips so I did not start my fast until 830. So when I hit start, you can change the time when you originally planned I’m starting.

Just not for me

I’m after a weight loss solution and this just wasn’t for me. I did everything to follow IntermittentFasting . Saw no change in 30 day use. It has great features, easy tracking, and simple to follow. On the other hand, for someone like me, it also reminded me how I’ve seen zero progress every single day. I became very irritated due to not eating. They have a great communication section that has someone reach out to you in under 24 hour. Down size, after expressing my concerns and asking for help, I simply received a message, “this isn’t going to work for everyone!” I get that, but how about some encouragement. This basically told me I’m the “everyone” and giving up is your best option.

Very responsive and helpful

Though I’ve just started the 16:8 fasting program for men I must say I’m thoroughly impressed. IntermittentFasting itself is very intuitive that even I didn’t have any problem setting things up. It is loaded with information, articles, menus, meditation sounds, and my favorite, the countdown fasting clock. I submitted a question and though they indicate it could take up to 24 hours for a response I got a response from Jack within 2 hours. All and all, very well worth the investment.

Great App!

So far this has been a game changer for me. IntermittentFasting is great and easy to use! Customer service is awesome. I started and had some questions. I entered a chat session, ask the question and within 24 hrs I had a response. But what really blew me away was a day later when “Jack” (customer service chat agent) checked in with me to make sure everything was good! Hope they continue to check in as this also helps with accountability! Thanks for being awesome!

Teamwork

I have used it for about a month now and have found it very useful. I travel a lot, through multiple time zones around the planet and eating on any sort of a normal schedule is a challenge.

The occasional chat with the support team is helpful as well. Like anything, it’s a tool and you have to do the work!

Suggestion: programming the ability to allow for changing time zones.

Very easy to use and from my previous weight loss diets, experience and knowledge I’m excited to try the Fasting method! I did much of this without knowing I was doing much of it by sheer accident 2 years ago with excellent results! After reading through the steps laid out here I can see I was on the right track but didn’t have the guidance to do it right! Now I do!!!

Superior App/Weight Lost Program

IntermittentFasting is awesome and the program is easy to follow displaying your daily progress. I particularly like the recipes and they are making a difference in my eating habits. Bait and switch

App is not advertised as a paid app but cannot be used without paying a subscription. No basic features are available and you won’t know this until going through a long arduous profile build process which appears to be fake as closing and reopening the application returns you to the beginning almost like as if you weren’t actually doing anything that whole time. Waste of time. People will support applications that are worth it and this may be worthwhile but without a trial or basic feature set this will not interest many.

Great Little App

I like the simplicity of IntermittentFasting , and the only thing I would change would be the caloric entry interface. The overall database is a little bit lacking. But not enough to deduct a star from it. I really like the water intake and the corny little encouragement. Things are more helpful than I would have expected.

Scam of the year

Absolutely useless app. I am not kidding, this is basically a timer (and a lousy timer too, if I may add) that keeps track of when you say you start fasting and when you say you start eating. It doesn’t do anything nor does it provide any valuable information: it doesn’t even send you reminders based on your plan. Totally, completely, utterly and absolutely useless. I would give negative stars if I could. This is the very first time over more than a decade and hundreds of app purchases that I actually requested a refund. Absolutely disgraceful.

I never do weight loss programs…but…

This one’s different – one of my friends suggested it to me. I am according to IntermittentFasting 62 pounds overweight I’ve been doing it for about a week I seem to have lost about 10 pounds already. In any event I’m going to give it my best I hope it works. I like IntermittentFasting .

Disappointed

It’s affective, but In the calorie counting section. The searches are linked to a plethora of processed food options at “ Toni “ stores and some major chains. If you were to look up calorie content of a meal you’ve cooked. There is no manual input of calories. Guess it’s not enough to charge the customers, these people must also market processed food for big grocery. I urge all to look elsewhere, cause fasting does work.

Enjoying the journey through encouragement and patience with the processes. I know I should drink more water lol, but IntermittentFasting is not preachy or overwhelming at all. Just remember to check in and out when fasting and eating. It takes a few days to get into rhythm for me.

IntermittentFasting is a glorified timer for you to click start and stop on your fast. You are so much better off just setting recurring alarms on your phone to tell you when to start and finish your fast (as IntermittentFasting doesn’t remind you). What a joke for $10 a month. Not for big guys

IntermittentFasting is solely for people who are already super fit and looking to fine tune I’m a big guy ex college football player I gave it three weeks followed it to a “T” never cheated once and gained about a 1 LBS a week. if your big guy this fasting program won’t work for you. Even members in IntermittentFasting chat told me because of my body type fasting puts me in starvation mode not burning mode. It’s good app not a bad value but make sure you are well under 200 LBS if you plan to try it for weight loss.

Stepp part of your app.

The step part of your app needs worked on. I have tried almost over two weeks now to get it to work for me and it will not count the steps as I’m walking. I have it in my back pocket I put it in my front pocket all I’ve even put it in my jacket and still it will not register for some reason how many steps I’m taking.

Dishonest

I removed my automatic renewal as I don’t like money randomly taken out. This was the day I paid for the 90 days. The company cancelled my entire subscription and would not let me use the 90 days I paid for. I am sending a letter the the Calif. Attorney General. I had IntermittentFasting 2 hours and they won’t refund any money or let me use it for the 90 days.
I think Automatic renewals are a scam. That is how companies continue to fleece you hoping you forget. No company has ever cancelled because I wanted to pay myself without an automatic renewal.

Year long

So far I have been following the program for about a year now and have lost about 40 pounds. It’s a lifestyle change but when you get use to it’s fine. On vacation change your fasting hours. I will be on this until i reach 190 after that I will modify my window eating time from 6 to 8 hours. Eating more vegetables and fruits are King but adding in fish, chicken and turkey are great option for protein. Stay away from trans fat and saturated fat if possible and processed crap. Once in awhile it’s fine to binge but don’t go over board.
