PurpleSector doesn’t update with the races each week/every other week.

I have to look for another widget, or just go back to Formulify.

Buggy widgets

Widgets update infrequently and sometimes revert back to old standings for no apparent reason

My widgets sometimes show the right race but the last few weeks have been stuck on the Canadian GP from months ago. There’s no way to refresh or update it, and I’m missing sessions because of it

This app has issues

The widgets don’t always show accurate information. After a race weekend and the widget updates to the next race it almost always changes to a past race.

Overall, I like PurpleSector . The major problem is that it is never completely up to date. This is frustrating!

Schedule times are not correct often

I wouldn’t recommend the free version for the schedule. It’s been off multiple times now where I’m using as a Lock Screen widget and I get home to find out I was late by 30m to an hour. So if free version is off… I doubt subbing will make a difference.

Standings

I’m not sure if it’s my problem but my standings won’t update I’m stuck on how it was 5+ races ago and I can’t update it, does anyone know what I can do ?

Great when it works

I love the design and layout of PurpleSector, but it gets stuck on the Canadian GP race more often than not. I have the PRO version which is super frustrating since I paid to know about the upcoming races, but I still have to look up practice and race times for at least the last three races. I’ve deleted and reinstalled PurpleSector several times to try and fix the issue, but it does not work.

It’s a great app and the widgets are easy to read. But mine is stuck on the Canadian GP which was a while ago. There’s no way to refresh it or sync it to the current race. Very frustrating since I have the paid version.
