Athletes can’t sign in.

Very disappointed. NYCRUNSBrooklynHalfMarathon crashed halfway through my friends race. At first it just wouldn’t load new info after Mile 6, but eventually only opened to an Error Page. The race was incredibly unorganized for friends and families trying to find their runners, which made not knowing when he actually finished that much more frustrating. Hopefully the race and NYCRUNSBrooklynHalfMarathon figure out how to accommodate so many runners and spectators for next year!!

Signed into website just fine but neither the same username and password, nor QR code reader worked as methods to sign in to NYCRUNSBrooklynHalfMarathon.

Was great until my tracking froze at 0.69 miles to go and then did not track until said “race completed”. I almost had a heart attack thinking runner collapsed.

Everything works great, but the registration barcode is not in your profile which made it difficult to register

NYCRUNSBrooklynHalfMarathon does the job. And I like looking at my stats when I’m done.

NYCRUNSBrooklynHalfMarathon was great, I couldn’t be there today, but was still able to track both my kids. I didn’t have lag time, it was actual times and the posted times were actuate and great…. Made me feel as close to being there as possible! Thank you

NYCRUNSBrooklynHalfMarathon was so easy to use. Our daughter was doing the 1/2 marathon. We didn’t need a login-just her bib number to track her. Thanks for letting us be a small part of her big accomplishment 😃

This is such an amazing app to be able to follow loved ones in their journeys on the track! So much fun and such a great way to cheer them on and know where they are! Love it.

I followed the instructions from the “claim my profile” link from NYCRUNS, and it seems to work just fine for this coming weekend’s race

With 0.69 miles left tracking was working, but overall it was pretty good

My first time using NYCRUNSBrooklynHalfMarathon . This was so much fun. I was in Cleveland watching my daughter run in Brooklyn, then flew to Chicago and landed just as she crossed the finish line!

I could not be at my sons race today but having NYCRUNSBrooklynHalfMarathon made me feel like I was right there with him. So proud of my son and all the runners.
