I just downloaded ClayandBuck and paid for a membership but I can’t get ClayandBuck to stay open. It goes to the opening screen and then crashes

You have to leave your screen open or the audio goes away. Didn’t do this before the update. I don’t want to leave my screen open and you can’t go to another app without losing audio.

Am 24/7 subscriber. Did this after ClayandBuck became available. I am really disappointed in it. After a week of being logged in I can no longer download the add free podcast. Have to log out an re-log in. I see other people have complained about this and the answer is to email their help department. Last update 2 months ago and this has not been fixed. A minor gripe is that there is no Apple Carplay support. Rush’s 24/7 app was so elegant compared to this. If this issue is not resolved in the near future, will wind up canceling my subscription.

Every week or so I open ClayandBuck to listen to the show and the listen button isn’t highlighted. I m Have contacted app support and all I get is to delete it and reinstall it. That takes quite a bit of time when I am on the road for work. I’m a paid subscriber and ready to not be. And today I reloa download it and it just shuts off when I try to log in. If I could give it a lower rating I would.

I’ve been a listener to the show for years on my local public radio. Recently I’m started working out of town so I downloaded and subscribed to listen on ClayandBuck. The show is great as always but ClayandBuck is the worst app I’ve ever used. Crashes constantly to the point where it won’t stay open. Streaming doesn’t work. Constant error codes. Hire a new developer because I’m about to unsubscribe and delete.

I paid for VIP access but I can’t find anything for VIPs in ClayandBuck. It only offers the podcast shows with commercials, which I was trying to avoid. ClayandBuck also crashes constantly when I’m trying to play Clay and Buck episodes. I have to revert back to using the browser website instead, at least there I can find the VIP listening podcasts. But, the website doesn’t keep track of what you were listening to, once you leave the page, you lose your place. The Apple podcast app works great, keeps your place, but there’s no way to apply VIP standing to avoid the ads there. This Clay and Buck app needs a lot of work.

This is the worst app I have ever used. I paid for the 24/7 ad free version that turns my screen completely white and then does nothing. Love the show, but this is the Kamala Harris of apps.

I've found ClayandBuck is basically unusable for 24/7 members to listen to commercial free podcasts. Difficulty moving to different episodes, and crashes moving to different days. Developers need to better test before releasing.

Cannot navigate to other apps and listen at the same time and if the phone goes black from inactivity, you cannot listen. Wish I would not have updated.

I joined VIP to watch live. Not able to watch live video in landscape mode. Portrait mode has play button icon right in the middle of the screen. App is really useless.

I enjoy the C&B show so I paid for ClayandBuck . I have stopped using ClayandBuck when listening live. I just listen on my iPhone by streaming from a radio station. Listening live on ClayandBuck takes way long to load and often times fails. When it does work it the stream often drops. BTW, it’s not my network or cell connection. They work great! It’s just ClayandBuck. I subscribed to Rush’s app and it was much better. Fingers crossed this update works a lot better.

Commercial-free podcasts are often posted too late in the day which makes their content outdated. Purchasing a VIP membership has become worthless and I will not renew.

Same as the past review. My wife and I really enjoy the show. ClayandBuck is very frustrating at times. ClayandBuck crashes and refuses to load for several hours. Sometimes the VIP section will be missing hour x but have the other 2 hours. Hope this feedback helps improve the product!

I guess that’s the nicest way to say that, at least for me, ClayandBuck was entirely unusable. I was so psyched, but it failed. I deleted and restarted and waited, reinstalled, even worse. It won’t stop me from listening or watching their show, however!

I have a paid subscription for six months. During that period of time my connectivity has been virtually nonexistent. I find if I’m not on a car radio ClayandBuck is a waste of time. If these guys are serious about getting a word out, I need to get a app that works.

Love the show. The guys are awesome and Rush would be proud. But ClayandBuck is lacking pretty badly. I actually can’t get it to open and stay open. ClayandBuck seemingly quits upon tapping it. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but doesn’t seem to help. Also, connection to WiFi doesn’t seem to help either. I’m a VIP member, but since ClayandBuck doesn’t work, it sort of defeats the purpose a tad bit? Let’s get this thing revamped! The show is phenomenal! ClayandBuck will be too. Just needs some work.

I am a paid subscriber and ClayandBuck is unacceptable. It crashes with no warning. It requires me to log out and log back in to access updated show audio. There is no video feed for paid VIP members to watch the show. I used ClayandBuck with Rush from the beginning, and ClayandBuck is nowhere near that level of excellence.

I’m a paid subscriber and I was a member of Rush 24/7 and loved it. Yes, there were bugs from time to time but this is disappointing. I like to listen about an hour or 2 behind the live broadcast. Often times it takes till the end of the day to get the most recent show. Other times hour 2 and 3 show up but no hour one. Now when listening, the show stops playing when my screen dims off. This is an excellent show and Rush would be proud but he’d never let an app with this level of performance go to market.

No resolution to the issues. In fact they are worse and the developer will not respond to email. What in the point of the 24/7 membership? Spotify gets the daily podcast before ClayandBuck does!

In the past, I had the problems other reviewers have reported. The last few updates however, have fixed the issues. At least I haven’t experienced any issues that frustrate me like they used to.
