Not free, and not working. A terrible combination

After offering to let me use WeatherRadarMapsNOAAAlerts for free, WeatherRadarMapsNOAAAlerts demanded that I paid the $20 for the year and then malfunctioned. Very sad and worrying. I hope it won’t be a waste of money and that they will get it fixed.
