On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click intumind » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got intumind » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
