Close and restart the doyo app on iPhone
Update doyo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall doyo iPhone app

To resolve doyo network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent doyo app issues:

Force Stop the doyo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click doyo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update doyo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear doyo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "doyo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch doyo.

Fix doyo unable to contact server/ doyo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click doyo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got doyo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch doyo on android.
