It should not be this difficult to resize an image. Just give me a slider. If I’m trying to make a tiny image I should not have to fit two fingers on the photo to do so. A finger on the picture to hold it and on off should suffice OR a slider that can maintain a fixed ration so the image scales without distortion. This is about to go back to the store.
Will not print using iPad. App works on phone but not on here really disappointing. To the trash it goes. Photo quality isn’t even good theres other printers that are better that also don’t have these ridiculous app issues
My pics were printing great until I tried to download the nonexistent firmware update. Doesn’t work. And photo quality is getting worse and worse.
Update: Reached out to support and they were no help. Returned sprocket to store. Purchased Canon Ivy 2 Mini. Works perfect.
As if 2 days ago I can no longer resize pictures when making a collage which is the main reason I bought the printer. Please fix this issue
