Dear Team, I am writing to report an issue I faced while crossing the Salwa border on [02.04.2025. Despite having already purchased insurance on (27.03.2025), I was charged again for an additional amount of 281.50(One month Insurance).they don't ask anything just the pay the fees .However, I was not provided with any receipt for this transaction
unable to make payment (Using Qatar Credit Card). The system not allowed to use foreign Credit Card?

البرنامج مايشتغل. سجلت كل شي وسويت اكاونت وصار لي تقريباً اسبوع احاول اكمل بس ما يندز لي كود حاولت مليون مرة وحاولت اتواصل معاكم بس محد يرد ولا اي استجابة 🥲 ياريت تحلون هالمشكلة ليش الكود مايندز لنا عالفون ولا عالايملي ولا واحد وصلني وصار لي تقريباً اسبوع ومافي اي وسيلة مساعدة اقدر اتواصل فيها معاكم والايميل لما ادز محد يرد وشكراً 🙏🏻 اتمنى تحلون الموضوع
