Cheap and Unreliable. It feels like the CEO Shannon Terry just made a clone of 247 and put a couple extra lines in it. A total money grab and ripoff considering the meme worship fees. No reason nowadays to give any site like this money especially after seeing the terrible app design.

Oh, where do I start?

You can't refresh without killing On3App and reloading it, you still have to get on Safari to find a gif and post it, and you have to constantly log in (the new version didn't fix that). At least you can swipe left to go back now.

The typeface is way too small , way way too small. And I could do without the google ads taking up the bottom half inch.
I used for 2 minutes and deleted. Install was good tho and logging in was easy once I ignored the Select your team and Register screen.

I enjoy the content in On3App , but it has two glaring usability issues.

First, it’s constantly signing me out. It’s annoying to be forced to sign in over and over when I want to quickly view content.

Second, it feels like it’s designed to get users to try to engage with all the sub-sites. Here’s the thing — most sports fans follow a single team. I follow Kentucky and subscribe to KSR+. So when I open On3App , I want to go directly to either KSR, KSR+, or to the KSR+ forums. Instead, On3App takes me to a generic Kentucky feed and makes me go to the hamburger menu to navigate to fan sites and then to KSR+, and then back to the hamburger again to find KSBoards. It’s incredibly annoying — so much so that I’m about to unsubscribe.

Fix these fundamental navigation issues, and I’ll stay subscribed. Otherwise, On3App is too annoying to keep using.

I’m subscribed & logged in via On3App , but it does not hold on to that. App just seems to be using system browser & if the cache is cleared on the browser or you quit the browser or browser session expires, it’s wanting you to subscribe like you’re not already a customer.

None of my other apps exhibit this behavior. This is really annoying & I get tired of having to login what seems like every time I open the On3 app.

On3App would be great but has lots of issues with functionality. College basketball started tonight, but can you view college basketball scores in On3App ? Nope. There’s an option to submit a support ticket, but when you make it to the end of this form there literally isn’t a submit button… I couldn’t even purchase a year long subscription for my team (only the 1 month deal was available) and had to go to a computer to do so. Lots of work to be done, not that you can let them know about it with tickets, but hopefully it improves with the $100/year+ subscriptions paying salaries.

Don’t make a habit of forgetting your password because On3App will log you out 2-3 times a day. When it doesn’t log you out it works pretty decently controls could be improved but by far the most annoying part is the constant forced log outs it’s maddening. They do updates every now and then but still somehow can’t figure out a way to fix it so developers must be pretty cheap. And it will let you get all the way to your fan site before letting you know your not a subscriber so if it’s a big day for your team and you want to keep up with developments just make a habit of going through the poorly done log in process every single time. Hopefully someday they will hire a competent developer to fix the issue until then app is ok at best

Not a native app, just a cheap web wrapper. Just stick to the mobile web and save the space on your phone.

Even after the most recent updates the forum tab still lands you at the full service list of teams rather than taking you to your favorite team forum as a default. This was something that used to work properly but has been broken for some time now. Also have the login/out issue on closure as others have mentioned. Please fix. It’s becoming unusable and contemplating cancellation. I’m not on the website enough to get value from this without a functioning app.

The On3 app has been great until the 1.1.11 update. After updating I haven’t been able to do anything with it. I quickly get a “Restart App” screen but that never works. I hard reset On3App and still get the same thing. I can get to the log out screen but there doesn’t seem to have a hyperlink to the log out at the bottom. I try to click and nothing happens. I just updated with the 1.1.13 update but nothing has been fixed. I did get a “Well this is deflating” page which is slightly different but pretty much the same thing I got previously.

I had to delete On3App and redownload it because it was glitched on team recruiting rankings. No matter how many times I closed On3App and came back, it would only let me look at recruit rankings and it would not let me exit back to the main Home Screen. Other than that I enjoy On3App

Update needed. Stuck on the same screen even after closing and opening again!

Been excited for On3App for some time now and it does check some boxes. However, I do not see the setting for notifications like the screenshot shows which is one of the features I was looking forward to most

I love On3App as it allows me to get my college recruiting fix quick and easy. It would be nice however if there was a comment section available so that we can interact with the community.

I think this was a great start. I'm a huge fan of the different app icons based on what site you sub to. I'm also a fan of the swipe back feature on the board. There are a few things I'd like to see added.

1. An auto light/dark mode would be awesome rather than having to switch it in preferences like it was on the website.

2. The interface could be more navigable on the message boards as well as the database. Swipe back gesture is a good start. Overall, though, I think the interface looks great. It just could be more user friendly.

3. A better way of showing whether or not a thread has been read. For Auburn Live (site I'm subbed to), the thread title changes from navy to black, if read. It's difficult to tell the difference.

4. Ads. I hate the ads in the articles. I get they have to be there for revenue, but it would be ideal if there were a way to get rid of them.

Latest version of On3App is almost perfect. It’s fast, intuitive, user friendly, and perfect for a network that lets you focus on your team but gives you access to other fan sites!

Easy to follow your favorite teams and talk about them with fellow fans via the forum feature. Can receive notifications for all stories if you like or just breaking news. Great customization.

On3App provides up-to-date team information with notifications in a very timely manner. I also like that it integrates with the forums. If you are sports fan, you need to download On3App .

My favorite aspect is how On3 continually works to add upgrades. I’m normally perfectly fine with a browser but I gave On3App a try. I really enjoyed the speed, functionality, and cleanliness of it and now it’s all I use.

The interface is great, it’s clean and easy to look at and maneuver. Like the ease of being able to go between the national news and individual team news. The content is great, it’s easy to use, great aesthetic; all the info I want, right there at my fingertips. Love On3App .

College sports on a new level. Way better than I expected

After using a web browser on On3 for years, On3App was a game changer. It’s fluid, allows me to jump around to the home page and message boards with ease, and I’m not overwhelmed by ads like some other sports apps out there. Would highly recommend for all fans.
