Hurricane Express Wash Reviews

On the last visit I was mistreated. Attendant was very rude to me. He’s never been real friendly but who is these days. As soon as he saw me he looked at coworker and said ‘I won’t be here long” rolling his eyes. He threw air freshener at me! He was angry because when I got there he wasn’t where he usually is, I pulled down too far and he said how long you been coming here? You should know what to do by now! I was trying to ask him something before he made me close window. He said y’all are suppose to do what we tell you and then you can start asking for stuff!
I’m 65 yrs old and not sure how to get on the track unless someone is there to guide me.
I canceled my account and tried to forget it but when I got a notification today asking about my service I couldn’t help but tell you what happened.

Don’t take your car to an automatic car wash and if you are anything like me since I have a 2023 vehicle I dry it became of the loud thumps we hear as going through the wash and to our surprise our brand new vehicle has scuffs and scratches around the entire vehicle. So you think this can be arranged to be corrected by the corporate office, that’s a joke they have yet to call me back but don’t even think twice to say It DID NOT HAPPEN HERE! I am done with this type of car wash because my white Toyota has scratches and scuffs so now I go to my insurance and let them take it over

My husband purchased a year’s family membership in February 2023,from your store on Hunter Road in Ooltewah TN, and we downloaded your app on both of our phones. My husband has had no problem using HurricaneExpressWash , but it never would work for me. I have gotten assistance several times from your employees there at the car wash, but even they cannot figure it out. Every time I would scan the car wash barcode, I would receive a message stating my car wash was complete, and then I would have to back my car out. Because of this, we will not be returning to your business. I’ve also seen other customers experience the same issue while I was there at your business and they too backed out and left. HurricaneExpressWash is negatively affecting Hurricanes’ business.

I can be at the car wash and HurricaneExpressWash won’t open and if and when it does it won’t scan for several minutes. I have to sit there with my arm out the window forever trying to scan. It’s annoying when there is a line waiting on me.

I stopped and asked if I could have the sticker back instead of using HurricaneExpressWash because it recognized me immediately and I went straight in no problem. I was told no. They said once I had HurricaneExpressWash I couldn’t go back to using the sticker which was so much better….

I may cancel after Fall leaves stop falling because I hate the embarrassment of not being able to get passed the payment area with HurricaneExpressWash . So bad.

I signed up for the monthly plan and when I tried to use HurricaneExpressWash , I received a message citing technical difficulties! THEN I asked the manager for help and HurricaneExpressWash said I reached my daily limit, though I hadn’t gotten my car washed. The main office was closed so I couldn’t speak with anyone and the manager no longer have the authority to allow me to get a car wash. They change the policy a few days ago. I drove 30 minutes to get my car washed to no avail. The manager felt terrible and was very nice but the company needs to have a better policy when there are technical difficulties with HurricaneExpressWash . What’s the point in getting the monthly plan if it doesn’t work all the time.

When I get there, it says I have exceeded my limit for the day. However, this is not the case because I’m the only one to take our vehicles to the car wash. I have the family package. The last time I went was about a month ago. It said then that I had exceeded the limit. I went today and the same thing happened.

The good and bad of HurricaneExpressWash is it makes life convenient. HurricaneExpressWash is a little slow to load up. If you remember, and it knows your clothes, it should just pop up for you to go to that location. Instead of having to click the button 15 times, while others are waiting in line behind you. But the absolute worst part about HurricaneExpressWash is canceling a membership. Instead of allowing you to just cancel like you did. Just join. Get directions to make a phone call. Then half the time they don’t pick up the phone. 14 attempts to cancel my account.

I live nearby the north Pleasantburg Cherrydale location and absolutely love the improvements and convenience. That said I arrived at 7:45 AM to Discover they don't open till 8 AM. As I'm waiting for the open, I have observe no less than three cars come in to discover the same frustration and turn around and leave. Car wash operators need to be sensitive to the fact that people work every day and therefore should be open no later than 7 AM. Oh

Would have given it 5 stars accept there are several dead ends. For example, you click on “user Settings” then “Manage Payment Methods” and once you are on the “Manage Payment Methods” screen, there is no way to get back to “User Settings” without closing, then restarting HurricaneExpressWash . There also seems to be no way to know when your subscription ends

I stopped by here after seeing a young man holding a sign that said (Free car wash).

When I pulled in I was greeted by a very nice man. He informed me I was able to bring any car to Hurricane car wash under their membership program. The free car wash cleaned very well so I decided to sign up for the promotion. I believe it was ten dollars for the first 4 weeks!

I have now been a satisfied member for over 4 months. No other car wash will allow you the freedom of bringing any car for the same monthly price! My wife and I own 4 cars, this is by far the best cost savings.

Employees will always go above and beyond. My cherrydale location is amazing. (Joe the site manager is the best!

Excellent drive thru wash. The attendants give extra attention to the prewash. Car comes out very clean and almost dry. They provide clean fiber towels and touch up spray cleaners. The vacuums are powerful and have different type of nozzles for more intricate cleaning. I am very pleased with their service and became a wash member. I’ve met, Mike, a Hurricane’s associate. He always greets you and is available to render assistance. I would rate this wash five stars.

Absolutely a place where I will go back and watch my car unfortunately I’m moving out of the state as we speak getting everything ready thank you for your service. Please do not try to get paid for the following month because I will no longer be in North Carolina. thank you so much for your services. Your guys are great.

The Hurricane App is very easy to use! Just takes a couple of times to get the jest of it. And wanted to say the guys that work at the Hurricane Wash in Whiteville NC are the best! All of them are so helpful, polite & don't mind helping people out that don't know the in's & out's of cell phones. They do an excellent/ outstanding job at the car wash in Whiteville, NC. I believe in giving credit where credits due & recognizing people for their hard work. Thank you!

Really cool app! No other car wash in my area has anything like this. I got a new car and was able to update it right here in HurricaneExpressWash without having to call and wait on hold to speak to someone. I wash my car a couple times a month and this has been great.

The hurricane car wash is the best chain car wash in South Florida for a quality wash tunnel and the supplies provided for interior self serve cleaning. The vacuums are powerful, the free products are quality, the micro fiber towels are always available , and the team is excellent. The manager is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond his scope of work to ensure everyone is taken care of. I have no areas for improvement. I go to the car wash 25/30 days a month, and have experienced every single kind.

I love the Hurricane Car Wash membership because the fees are reasonable. I had someone washing my car for me and they would charge $30 to clean inside and out. But with the Hurricane Car Wash I can go every day for that amount!! Thank you for the service that you provide.

I love HurricaneExpressWash . The issue is, I can’t find out what my monthly payment is anywhere. I can find my credits I won from playing the game on HurricaneExpressWash (which is AWESOME). Just not what my monthly payment/plan is and the date it’s due.
Everything else is great and easy to use, set up.

I recently changed from another car wash and a car wash that I was really happy with but now I’m even more satisfied and I really do believe the cars are cleaner and shinier! I plan to be a customer for a long time. Don’t like a dirty car. Thank you Hurricane Express!

HurricaneExpressWash is fine it does what it’s supposed to be doing!
As for the people running the car wash, I watched them brush down the front and rear of several cars in front of me while I was in line, they brushed just about all of those cars front and rear windows.
But me! Never! The only time is if I ask them to do it! Then it’s usually have of my truck.
So after my wash today I parked and watched as they took care of 4 other customers completely after me. Yes I have a full size truck but it was a full-size truck directly in front of me and a full size SUV a few cars behind me. This is ridiculous!
