I would give zero for this app. Don’t ever use Holafly. My niece purchase a plan and followed all the instructions but it never work when it actually said it’s already activated. This only took our money. And she have never able to use the wifi

I used Apple Pay and was never sent an email. I contacted them on 2 occasions, but didn’t hear a response for 2 days, and then when I was finally contacted, they wanted me to respond right away like I was inconveniencing them, and then they closed my support ticket after 3 minutes of me not sending... Update: I finally was able to reach someone with customer service. They said they had issued a refund, but they only refunded half the charge. I've written them, and no surprise, they haven't returned a single message.
