Hi Just purchased 20 days of data to use internet for work in Sweden. Unfortunately hotspot on holafly is not working. Please, help to activate or refund my money as without a working hotspot this eSIM is absolutely no use to me.

I would give zero for this app. Don’t ever use Holafly. My niece purchase a plan and followed all the instructions but it never work when it actually said it’s already activated. This only took our money. And she have never able to use the wifi

I used Apple Pay and was never sent an email. I contacted them on 2 occasions, but didn’t hear a response for 2 days, and then when I was finally contacted, they wanted me to respond right away like I was inconveniencing them, and then they closed my support ticket after 3 minutes of me not sending a message, so now I have to go through the entire process all over again. I am on vacation and paid for 14 days. Since I was never sent the email, I haven’t had any data the entire time, so there was no way I could respond to them in a timely manner. I’m not going to stop my entire vacation for a data sim. Needless to say the customer support is extremely lacking and I am not impressed. If you are looking for an eSIM, look elsewhere because if you have any problems, they won’t be fixed.

Update: I finally was able to reach someone with customer service. They said they had issued a refund, but they only refunded half the charge. I've written them, and no surprise, they haven't returned a single message.
I purchased two Sim cards for a 15 day trip to Europe. Even though my phone was compatible with their system according to their site, the eSIM would not install. Ive spent a week trying to get a hold of someone for customer service with no responses. Now I'm in Europe without phone service. I asked for a refund and they're saying it could take a month. Avoid at all costs!
