One of their huge promotion points is how easy it is to get a refund if you forget to cancel your subscription. Not only did I cancel my subscription before the deadline, but I was still charged $90 anyway. Despite reaching out three separate times, I’ve still yet to receive my refund or even a response that isn’t an automated message. I very seldom leave reviews but I’ve waited over a full business week to get a response and have heard nothing back even though another promotion point is getting a response from a person within 12 hours.
It’s really frustrating because this app is allegedly supposed to make things easier for neurodivergent individuals but in reality it is taking advantage of them. I’m just lucky I noticed the charge on my credit card because I was under the impression my subscription had been cancelled based on the fact that I literally went through all the steps to cancel it.

TLDR: App tried to overcharge me, info is hard to make sense of and seems unprofessional with dubious sources, it made me start a second free trial to get back into the app, it was difficult to navigate cancelling my sub.
- A lot of the info is difficult to read because the grammar is really bad. It feels like maybe it was translated (badly) into English. It was hard to make sense of what it was saying.
- A lot of the language wasn’t very professional, so it felt like someone just slapped it together, and the info didn’t feel trustworthy. Felt like someone googled the info and wrote the first thing that popped up, rather than a professional providing info. Plus there were no sources for where this info came from that I could find.
- At the end of the free trial my reminder to cancel didn’t go off because I set it wrong (lol adhd) and the app tried to charge me $90. Luckily my bank blocked the charge. It said the app would cost $60 twice a year (which is still WAY too high for an app like this. I use the app Flo, which is way better put together and more professional, and it’s a quarter of the cost).
- When I went to cancel my subscription, the app wouldn’t let me in without starting a second free trial, and when I found where to cancel my sub, it just said to do it through my phone settings. There’s not even a way to do it on the app itself.

I downloaded the app. Never used it after the first day. I forgot to cancel before my trial ended and was charged 65 dollars for 6 months. I was supposed to get a reminder to cancel but I did not. I have requested a refund so I hope I get one. But after looking at my PayPal account I realized not only was I charged for a 6 month subscription but also a monthly subscription, and even though I had already cancelled at least 2 weeks ago (I can’t remember for sure). I was charged another month subscription fee. I have been charged $97 for an app I am not using and 32 of that should have never been charged. Plus, the most current charge will over draw my bank account so I will also have to pay an overdraft fee from them!
