It continues to only do a half print I am disappointed really need SubPrinta and have the premium service hope it fixed soon or I will cancel subscription update still having problems be nice to have a little help Edit I did ask for support in SubPrinta but no response
So I downloaded SubPrinta because I wanted to see if it actually works like it says, but it doesn’t even let you print out your own picture unless you buy the premium!! 🤨 This seems more like a scam! Don’t download!! I will be deleting it!!

I really do not know if this is a scam or not but do not download. You have to pay before you can make a print. A bit sketchy to me. We do not know if it will work till after you pay🤔🤔🤔
I bought SubPrinta a week ago. It doesn’t print right. The 20 tumbler option is not long enough. Of course I paid for a year. Not worth the time and money and water material.
SubPrinta is terrible even paid for the premium. Was struggling to get my prints proper size thought this help and no waste of my money and time.
No matter what I try to do after I make the design and click print, it refuses to print on my Epson printer! Complete waste of money!
Doesnt print to my Epson et 2400. I paid for the subscription and it cant find my printer. Waste of money.

the website will not let me send a message. I cannot seem to test app before I buy to make sure it can upload my files as it will not.
I would like to know why can’t I print from SubPrinta I have a Epson ET2400 printer and I can’t get SubPrinta to print is there a trick I do t know about ?
Really good app for printing with no issue if you have already the exact size in your design because if you don’t you have to fix your size, they have most of all sizes but still missing glass cup size, kids size bottles, also is pricy but is ok to print right away.
I have enjoyed SubPrinta very much for tumblers and some other designs . The presets work great for the limited sized products. But when trying to customize the size to a 30oz tumbler or some other products it will NOT work. The size keeps readjusting to a different size. I pay for the premium subscription and it would be nice to be able to use this on other sizes.
