How to fix InSave app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the InSave app on iPhone
Update InSave app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall InSave iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix InSave on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve InSave network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent InSave app issues:

Force Stop the InSave App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click InSave app. » click "Force Stop".

Update InSave to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear InSave App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "InSave app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch InSave.

Fix InSave unable to contact server/ InSave internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click InSave » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got InSave » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch InSave on android.
