As most people say, there’s many minors who are at their kpop era. Not all minors but most who downloaded Phoning. There’s so much things to pay for I don’t think some can’t afford to buy on credit or isn’t allowed to pay. I heard even the live needs money to be commenting. Almost everything needs to have money. I like the calendars and all but most things I try to enter need money. This is a cute app for New Jeans because I am a fan of them, but I just don’t like how almost everything has to be payed for. That’s why I’ll give it a 1 star.

don’t get me wrong- the apps design is so cute, and matches newjeans’ style so well! i love the girls so much, but it’s wayyy to overpriced! There’s no way I can afford to pay for something like this every month since i’m a minor whos too young to get a job (and no way will my parents pay for it). if you’re a hardcore ot5 stan then go ahead and spend ur money, but i have a bias (dani) and would rather chat with only her for cheaper. most of the people stanning newjns are minors, we can’t pay for this!! plus, you can find everything (like photos and calendar things) online for free and so the only thing you’re paying for is the texting/calling or whatever. Lastly, why should we have to pay to watch NewJeans live when all other HYBE artists lives are free on weverse??? Ador is just trying so steal our money and profit off of NewJeans’ huge popularity. Imo, bubble is a much better app if you want to get your moneys worth. You get discounts there if you want to talk with more than one artist of a group, and most idols are active. NO HATE TO NWJNS JUST SHARING MY OPINION ON this app

I recently noticed that they changed it so now only subscribed people can comment? This is so stupid what is the point of watching the live when you can’t comment. If they cared for their fans they would want to engage with them. Like look I know for example bubble does this but the members can go on insta lives so it’s free of charge for others who bc aren’t fortunate enough to be able to overpay for that. This is the only form for fans to engage with them in real time and have a chance to talk with their idols. They should atleast go live on Weverse too if it’s like This. For once I have to say the platforms for literally any other group is better than this. If you actually want to engage with your favs, watch the free skz member lives on insta or txt lives on Weverse as both of them go live very often, for free.

Phoning is an amazing idea and I love its service. However 2 issues I have with Phoning is whenever I tap on a notification from this app, I automatically get logged out and have to log back into Phoning . It’s very annoying and makes me not want to interact with Phoning until later on, so I just end up closing it. The other issue I have is the translation feature. Having to tap every single specific message in order to translate it is very tedious, compared to just having a system that automatically translates the messages for you the second one of the members send a message through the chat. It’s a very simple thing I’m sure. And would help Phoning . Until then these 2 things lower my interaction with Phoning by vast amounts, I rarely use it once per month because of these 2 issues

I loved this app when it came out I was on it everyday and everyone was able to look through the pictures posted on the photo albums and were able to go into the calls but since the subscription plans started only people who pay the $10 dollars a month or $90 dollars a year can even access these photo albums and answer the group calls. I think the subscription should only be for messaging the girls back and for answering personal this app calls for girls instead of restricting people who don’t have the money to pay for something that was free to them not long ago when Phoning was released I don’t go on Phoning a lot any more since everything needs to be paid for and I can’t enjoy it anymore casue of all the restrictions. Phoning now seems to only cater to people who have money when it used to cater to everyone which is very sad and seems very low and money hungry.💀

i’m so excited for this group and their concept!!! unfortunately with Phoning nothing would load for me in the area of Phoning where you can make an ID, outfit, and the “my album” :( Phoning would freeze during the loading screen and then crash returning me to my home screen!! i gave it 3 stars as everything else is functioning and i find Phoning so cute!!!!

i love NewJeans, I REALLY do, but weverse is already an app in use to talk to idols for FREE?? i get that Phoning is apart of their concept but this company is not serious. why should i pay $8.00+ dollars on rewatching old streams, looking at photos and messaging them?? honestly, messaging them privately is understandable, but rewatching old streams and looking at photos is wild. i don’t want to pay to see my fav kpop idols and began to resent them because of how expensive it is 🥲.
some people may see this as hate, honestly think however you’d like. but i’m pretty sure the company knows most of their fans are young teens. i’m still in school— im among many who can’t just pay for a subscription to see their fav idols 😭.
when i first got Phoning i was confused on what the purpose was if not for the subscription 🥲...

I love newjeans so when I found out about Phoning I was super excited but you can barely do anything on Phoning you can’t join lives until almost 12 days you can’t look at photos or do anything I understand hybe is trying to make money but this is ridiculous 9$ per month is a lot of money especially since there are mostly teens listening to there music the least they can do is lower the subscription or just make messages with the members cost while making the rest free

I remember getting Phoning when it first released and how fun it was I feel like they should just keep the photos calendars and livestreams free and the ask for a subscription if you want to text them like in bubble (jyp messenger app thing) bc who’s paying 9 dollars to look at pictures they can get for free in Pinterest or google? I understand wanting extra money but this is a little too much I love newjeans tho 🫶🏾

I love newjeans, it’s nice to go in and see the events on the calendar. I’m not a subscriber tho, since I’m a minor and don’t make my own money yet. Anyway I agree with the top review that says only chatting should be charged for like 3.99 maybe? Anyway for people who want to see what’s free, you can see official events newjeans will appear on in the calendar, access the newjeans website and get messages from ador, and some other companies. But that’s really it haha. For subscribers you can comment on the events, see the members rants on the calendar, their photos in the albums, their live calls and streams, and talk to them individually. The wait is around 2 days if they want to talk to YOU. From what I’ve heard. Anyway it’s a cute app but not much available for free users.

There is a lot of room for improvement like making it less expensive I do get that new jeans is a new group and they’re trying to get on their feet but everything cost money you can’t even look at the messages or a lot of things though downloading is free everything else is not there is room for improvement like I said.

Phoning is amazing, I love how there's their whole schedule planned out and I even love how they get to go live! yet I really don't like how you have to pay 9$ a month/64$ a year just to be able to see photos, see private lives, and use messages. Though Like I said Phoning is great, but this feels like more of a cash grab because of the subscription more than an actual interactive app you can use to meet your favorite artists.

I knee the subscription is necessary for the messages but it us definitely not necessary for the photos. Newjeans has many fans who can’t pay every month or every year but they also want to see the photos (Including me) Please dont make up pay for photos because my excitement was ruined and destroyed when I saw that you have to pay for photos, it’s honestly very stupid.

I was really excited when I downloaded Phoning but then I got hit with the subscription. I can’t do anything on Phoning unless I pay $9 a month which I can’t afford because I’m a minor who doesn’t make much money. I was pretty sad and disappointed. I understand this is a way for them to make money to support the group until they get on their feet, I just hope they will lift the subscription soon for us bunnies who can’t afford the high price. Until then I don’t have enough space on my phone for an app that I can’t use so I will be saying bye and deleting Phoning . I’m very sorry. Pls let us Bunnie know when the subscription will be lifted because I’ll definitely be redownloading it.
Pls think about unlocking some features on Phoning . I want to support the girls as much as possible but unfortunately I can’t afford the price and it feels silly to spend so much for photos. I luv new jeans but I have no money to spend like that :,(

I love Phoning and I’m a huge fan of newjeans but you have to pay for more then half of the features on Phoning . I understand that they wanna make more Money but it would honestly be better if they made you pay to download but then Phoning and stuff was free they would probably still make money like that. But as most of the people downloading Phoning are minors that probably don’t have a lot of expendable money/their parents would not let them pay almost 10$ a month or Almost 90 dollars a year paying 8$ once then having Phoning be free would sound more reasonable!!

Love Phoning to death, but the subscription is just something else. Ik you guys probably need the money from people and everything, and that you can talk to them privately with the subscription but here is what I think you guys should do and can probably give you more money.
You should have the photos free or just 3 dollars or less a month. Then, talking to them could still be 9 dollars a month! Since most of the people (including me) are minors that can’t afford that.

I have loved interacting with the girls via messages and live streams and everything else. However, the subscription is pretty expensive. $9/mo or $90/yr is way too much! I would understand about $5/mo because a lot of NewJeans fanbase are not adults and don’t have that kind of money!

Another thing, it’s a little ridiculous to make people pay for live streams and photos. I understand the messaging and maybe the calendar events but I don’t understand why we should pay such a hefty price for photos.

At least lowering the price of Phoning would improve it heavily. Even back to $7 would be preferable for everyone using it.

I love new jeans so much there music is just amazing love everything about it. But Phoning however confuses me because what’s the point of it if you just have to pay for everything. Like I get they live and stuff but you can’t do anything else but just listen to the lives.

this app is a little bad now . But don’t get me wrong it’s still a really fun game not really fun though because everything is locked like you can’t see pictures LIKE PICTURES ! It’s reasonable to lock messages with the girls but PICTURES and I can’t even chat on the calendar . It’s just not fair at all! I really want to support all the girls and stuff but like 8 dollars or something each month! I could do it but I will run out really fast and I don’t have that much money and some people don’t even have enough money to buy it so it’s just not fair for anyone because parents also don’t let kids buy it so it just not ok . But I really want them to change it like to 2$ each month maybe or 5 or maybe just free? like the Company already has a lot of money so it’s just not fair ! if you see this, please lower the subscription THANK YOU

So far I like Phoning . I can see live streams and such but the biggest thing bothering me right now is that when I press on the members messages. My app instantly crashes. I’ve reset Phoning and even redownloaded the all multiple times but it keeps crashing. I’m not sure if I would want to pay a monthly subscription of roughly $9 or $84 a year if my app can’t function correctly. Besides that I find everything else pretty leisurely and helpful, however why pay for pictures if they’re just leaked on other fan accounts for free. Thank you for your time.

It’s a great app! I just wish I could translate to chats to English so I can understand the message part of Phoning ! It feels like I’m missing out on a lot b/c of that. Other than that it’s really fun and a very innovative app and I can’t wait to see what else it grow.

I love Phoning it is so much fun but the subscription is ridiculous some people can’t afford to be paying 9.00$+ just to be seeing pictures and etc I mean some features should have its OWN PRIVATE subscription if you don’t use it you don’t have to pay but the subscription is ridiculous but overall Phoning is great!

I love Phoning! What a fun idea for a group! I had so much fun and I can only imagine how much more fun it would've been if I was younger.
It's fun to read the messages and so far it seems the button next to each message translates correctly. Also!!! Terms and conditions, instructions, and other important information are IN ENGLISH! (Which is better than I can say for other apps 👀)
The little activities are cute like decorating their album or changing their outfits. The ID card doesn't work for me either which is a little disappointing but I'm sure they're working on those things.
I wish looking at the photos was a little different. If it was one continuous scroll it would be nicer but leaving one members "album" and entering anothers just to wait for each photo to load isn't worth it. If you could scroll from side to side to each member and then up and down for their individual photos I think it would be a lot more seamless.

im a big fan of nwjns but i think photos.. at least looking at them and scrolling down should be cheaper or for free..🥺🥺 i get the point that charging it supports nwjns but BUNNIES WANT PHOTOS FOR FREE‼️ understand that texting them and looking their private schedule should be charged(++also live texts since to prevent bad comments🫠) but we’re sure that looking at live texts, seeing past calls, and looking at photos should be free.. LET BUNNIES-ING BE EASY🐰👖

i really like Phoning and pretty much everything in it! my only problems with it is that: 1) I almost never get call notifications (up until this point i have missed every single call 😭) 2) Phoning keeps logging me out! like from time to time i’d go check Phoning ,, and then it would ask me to login (even though i already have,, multiple times before!)

Phoning is super cute, similar to weverse, and a great way to communicate with the girls. So, 10/10. First and foremost, I love Phoning design and the features. It really appeals to our younger generation. However, the only problem is that it’s slightly unreliable? Some features don’t work from my phone, like creating an ID or the dress up feature, and Phoning occasionally crashes, so it feels like it doesn’t work how it’s supposed to. :( I think it needs a few updates but that’s all.

Overall Phoning is very cute, And the new update is an very interesting idea. But i’m so mad that i can’t see the photos or anything anymore( I didn’t pay cuz i’m broke) And considering Bunny’s are in majority Gen Z and mostly are Teens or younger, like i said i’m broke and i’m sure i’m not the only one who can’t afford this.(It’s not like i’m poor but i don’t think my parents would pay it for me lol) So i’m kinda sad i can’t do that anymore, So i think Phoning is just going to sit there until i decide to delete it 😭

I’m a huge fan of new jeans, but I think the option to lock almost everything behind a subscription feature when people download it, makes some people annoyed. I get it you have to make money, but maybe in the future, don’t lock almost everything behind a subscription feature. I’m a fan of Phoning overall, don’t get me wrong. I just don’t think the subscription feature, aka locking, almost everything behind subscription is a good idea.

I think Phoning is really cute! lots of content of the girls that i’m sure all over their fans will enjoy BUT to access majority of the content u have to pay a subscription. i personally was not expecting this to be free but i just wanted to let people know that you’re not really gonna get much out of Phoning if u don’t pay for the subscription. with that being said, if u don’t want to pay for the subscription i don’t think Phoning is worth downloading but if u don’t mind then definitely download it!!

i’m actually a hugeee fan of newjeans!! love the girls so much, their music, style, personalities, and everything is amazing. i’ve had this app since it launched, and absolutely LOVED the all! so nice to be able to watch their livestreams, view the messages, and the calendar. my favorite feature by far has been the photo collection for each member and the group as a whole. the whole app feels really genuine and as a fan, i feel connected in a way to the members.
recently, this app adding a subscription feature for $8.49 a month. i knew it was coming, but it still really shocked me. i understand why they did it, but they should have at least let some features be free, for example the calendar or photos. it’s just unfair to lock everything. i want to support the girls as much as i can, and paying that amount per month just to see pictures of them makes me sad.
for now, Phoning is just going to sit in my
phone. i really looked forward everyday to seeing the this app notifications, but w/o the subscription i don’t get any. i don’t have a problem paying for the subscription, but it’s a lot of money overtime and many fans are young with no money to spend on it and parents may not allow them. just wish ADOR figures something out, i don’t think it’ll work out in the long term. hopefully some features get unlocked.

I honestly love this app and I love all the access you can have! You can go on video chats and text Newjeans and see plenty of photos and videos like if you were to actually text and talk to them and I love that you can watch podcasts on this app! I love to watch them when I’m on long trips! But there is one thing I dislike is that you have to pay for access but there is a cheap and there is a pricey one but it gives you the same access I totally recommend to all bunnies around the world!~~~💗💗💗💗

Can you please make it easier to translate to English? It’s really tedious to have to press the translate button for every text message. Especially when you miss 3 days of this app and you miss over 300+ messages. I have to press translate for every text message. It’s very tiresome. But anyways… Love you, NewJeans!! 💕💕💕😘😘🥰

Phoning is to cute! It’s just I’m confused on the part of when one of the members message you I want to know if it’s real or moderated like npc botted but then I don’t think it is because they reply and not reply then come back 🫢🤭😭 but the good thing that there is a translator for every comment they put!

I really liked the vibe of your guys mv and just the whole group vibe honestly.. can’t wait for you guys to debut! it was a total surprise to see this random girl group come out of nowhere, and that was a really good marketing strategy.. cuz it really got my attention and stuff. Also! I was surprised to see one of the girls being Vietnamese! :) anyways, besides that weird min heejin scandal that’s going around, I just wanted to say, You guys are amazing!! 😘🥰
