How to fix RCTrack app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RCTrack app on iPhone
Update RCTrack app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RCTrack iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RCTrack on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RCTrack network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix RCTrack not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent RCTrack app issues:

Force Stop the RCTrack App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click RCTrack app. » click "Force Stop".

Update RCTrack to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RCTrack App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "RCTrack app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch RCTrack.

Fix RCTrack unable to contact server/ RCTrack internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click RCTrack » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got RCTrack » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RCTrack on android.
