They communicate once in a blue moon and the talk so superiorly with the customer and there prices are higher than the market! It took them more than 3 weeks to contact me about the delivery then cancelled my order without asking me first!!

اثناء تصفحي في التطبيق بحثاً عن غسالة ملابس وجدت الغسالة التي ابحث عنها نفس الموديل، قمت بالاتصال بهم اسألهم عن الضمان، وبعد اخباري عن الضمان انه "الجي خوشناو" اخبرتهم برضاي واني سوف اطلب الغسالة الان وشكرتهم، وعند عودتي للتطبيق تفاجات بصعود سعر الغسالة 15,000 دينار فجأة، صحيح ان هذا المبلغ هو قليل مقارنة بسعر الغسالة لكن لايجوز هكذا، قمت بالاتصال بهم مرة اخرى لاخبرهم عن سبب صعود السعر هكذا بعد استفساري، وأجابوني بان الاسعار ثابتة، وبعد ارسال سكرينشوت لهم للسعر السابق قبل قليل قالوا ان التاجر قام بتحديث السعر صدفة بعد استفساري! اتصلت بـ "الجي خوشناو" وقالوا انه لايوجد تغيير في اسعارهم! اتصلت بامل على الهاتف والوتساب والسوشل ميديا واخبرتهم باني سوف اطلبها اذا كان سعرها نفس السعر السابق قبل قليل ولكنهم رفضوا.
تغيير السعر هكذا هو غش للاسف، يقومون بهذا التغيير وربما لا يلاحظ الزبون تغيير السعر بالطلب!
