Worthless

Have old iPad Air with OS 12.5.7. It doesn’t work, crashes every time. I also have an old iPhone 6S with OS 15.8 and it does load SGCGrading , might not be compatible with the OS in your summary.

I still get the loading issue that has supposedly been fixed. After log in, it just loads continuously. I have to delete SGCGrading and reinstall it each time for it to work. The heading company itself is great but SGCGrading is a major pain and disappointment.

Looking forward to receiving my 1st SGC order and will def utilize the service more often.

However my only concern is the terrible experience with their app. Once I login, I get the spinning circle of “death” EVERY SINGLE TIME I login. It’s the worst app login experience I’ve ever encountered. Please have your application team address ASAP.

Why am I required to log in EVERY TIME I use SGCGrading ?!!! It’s so frustrating. Be better. And in this case be more like PSA and remember my device AND my login!!!!

I ordered four cards for normal grading and it said the turn around time was 5-10 days. It has been a month and still no cards. The email that got sent to me that it was expected on a Thursday and it has said that it is in a city across the country and it is Saturday.

I like the card grading service but SGCGrading constantly freezes up. Tried in-installing and re-installing and the issue still persists. Like some features of SGCGrading though but it just constantly freezes to where it makes it un usable..

App stalls every time I login. I have to force close, then reopen, and it works. Otherwise it’s a great app. Plz fix this bug though!

Overall, SGCGrading is good. There are a few upgrades I’d like to see happen.

1 - Fix the login. Currently it requires connecting with the SGC website too frequently. I feel like I have to go through the login process every time I open SGCGrading .

2 - Cards that don’t have an existing photo need to have the option to add one. When I add a card that was graded prior to the photo service, I need to be able to add a photo of the card that I’ve taken.

3 - There needs to be a QR code option to add cards to the registry. Punching in long numbers is really tedious.

Huge fan of SGC and what they are doing. This is an awesome step in their evolution as a company!
