It took for ever to finally connect app to my fire stick. It lags between when you press Remote buttons and the stick performing what you wanted. Each time you press something it takes about a second for the stick to do something. So if you want to move across 10 items on the stick it takes ten seconds to perform all ten items. To bites waiting to everything to happen. I don’t recommend Remote at all!!!

I got a fire tv and this app a while ago. The tv came with a this app. My this app no longer works so I came here in hopes of being able to use it. I find out that before anything I have to pay to use it. I bought the tv and the this app came with it. I WOULD HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO BE HERE, IF THE this app DIDN'T BREAK SO WHY NOT JUST BUY A NEW this app!!! Had it been free I would have given it five stars, even if I didn’t need it because it shows that the company respects its users. Instead I’m faced with the decision of getting a subscription so I have to play them all year round or just buy a new this app. If you put more than ten seconds of thought into this then you would see how much of a scam this is. I wholeheartedly hope that no one ever buys this because the only way I could see that happening is they didn’t think this through.

So I got Remote bc my this app isn’t working. I’ve tried new batteries, everything it told me on the screen, even smacking it a few times. Nothing. So I was like “ok I’ll get Remote ”. Aside from the fact you have to PAY TO EVEN USE Remote (after the free trial that is only 3 days), you NEED your this app to connect it to your tv! I assume most people downloading this is bc they’re this app doesn’t work (like me) or is lost. Either way, I can’t use my this app to “get an ip” or “debug” or anything like that,so if your phone doesn’t connect immediately and you have no this app then you’re screwed. AND REMEMBER you have to PAY to use Remote. Anyways, this is my 13th reason.

The lag time between pressing the action and it actually populating is absurd. Purchased Remote for $40 because my physical this app was draining a set of batteries every one to two days. Although I checked the box to “remember this device” still have to do check the box every time when opening Remote …. Here’s the kicker, need to use the physical this app to check the dang box that says remember this device. So I still need the actual this app. Just ordered a new this app, hope the new one does t drain the batteries too 😡🤬🫣😵

It works when it wants to due to connection with Wi-Fi. It will constantly be looking to signal no matter how many devices are connected it still will connect when it wants to. One day it will connect and another day it won’t like plz fix this issue for otherwise it’s a great app

My daughter has used the fire stick this app app for sometime and has been very impressed with how smoothly it interfaces with the TV. and has recommended it highly. I am in the midst of getting Remote myself and look forward to the flexibility I’m sure it’s going to provide..

My children love to watch TV on their fire stick but unfortunately we had left the fire stick this app at a hotel far away so I am trying to download a fire stick this app control app on my iPhone so my two youngest children can continue to watch all their favorite shows on their fire stick

I lost my this app then found it but it still wouldn’t work for my TV. So I downloaded Remote and it feels good to be able to work my TV again through my this app (on my phone).

Remote is very useful and it comes in handy bc when you just wanna watch tv and relax and it’s to late to go buy batteries for your this app or if it just stops working you can download Remote and use it !! Remote is very useful for me and my family! My other controller didn’t work and this is a big thanks! My little daughter kept chewing the this app so i think that is why it stopped working, and we also kept on replacing the battery every 2 hours! It was terrible for us, thanks to you guys i can watch tv again!

My mom is confined in an assisted living facility with only basic television service. Thank goodness for firestick as she only watches game shows. There is a large variety available for her using your product. Thank you.

Remote is phenomenal and came in handy when my this app ran out of battery. It is simple to follow and easy to use and was also easy to connect to the tv.

This is a blessing to me! I lose my this app frequently and my little people lose it just as often, so being able to have this Firestick this app on my phone has been great. And even better for when I just don’t feel like getting up to get the this app from across the room!

I would rate this five stars for a rating because of its capability but it’s connectivity used to be pretty good but now it’s getting to be pretty lousy. Sometimes it does not even connect at all for several minutes. The first version they had was perfect but now…. Well, see for yourself..

I would recommend Remote to everyone. Works when you loss or don’t have a original this app.

My 11 year old kept losing the this app but she never loses her phone. We downloaded the fire stick app and she has never missed a show since. Great investment!

Remote is amazing because when my batteries died in my fire stick this app I didn’t have to go to the store and get new ones all I had to do was download Remote and boom no more batteries

I have 5 televisions and a fire stick on each and every one of them, plus I have an extra one I carry with me when I travel I plug it into a hotel tv and have all the programs I enjoy at me fingertips. Fire stick is about the best entertainment value out ther. I don’t leave home without it!

I’m in the process of moving and it’s not easy work. In the process of setting up my tv I ended up bringing the wrong this app. How awful is that so after deciding to download the this app to my phone it was going to charge me. Then it allowed me to use Remote for free once I submitted a review. Well after everything that happened this was a win!

OK, I lost my TV this app, and I searched and searched and searched, but I couldn’t find it. So, I took to Remote Store I scoured for apps, and then I found Remote. It is the best app I’ve ever used. I will pay you to find something better, but wait I don’t think you could because you can’t. This is the best app I’ve ever used. I’ve never used such a good app. as a matter of fact, I would argue that Remote is even better than a real TV this app.

I have had my stick for three years in a travel trailer. I have enjoyed my stick until this week when my this app stopped working. Without the this app I can not even turn the stick on. So I am going to try Remote on my phone and see if I can start enjoying my stick again.

After an unfortunate accident my mother was placed in a rehab for physical therapy to allow her bones to heal. The facility had basic TV, but we were able to get her Fire-stick from home, and so far she has been able to enjoy or regular programming.
Our family is so grateful to have this piece of go to provide our mother peace of mind.

I cannot speak about Remote because I just downloaded it and have not used it yet but I do recommend fire stick because of the easiness of it and cost savings compared to traditional tv. Get a fire stick, give it a shot and I bet u will use it for a long time.

I lost my this app and I can’t live without my Fire Stick. There is nothing like it and then I found out I could use an app for my this app. I was very happy and I couldn’t believe it. I was back on and now I’m back in the swing of things. Very Satisfied…

Works better than the this app, I highly recommend Remote over the this app. You will lose the this app before you lose your phone.

I tried using my this app the batteries were exploded. And caused a lot of corrosion around it,I use my phone a lot so having a this app hooked up to the phone is actually better than having a this app I appreciate this site

Remote helped me when I couldn't find my control so I just went on Remote and it worked like a regular controller just on a phone

I think that it is very unique that fire TV and the fire stick allows you to use your phone as a this app for a secondary go to especially whenever your this app may be replaced due to your children or you just misplacing it yourself most definitely comes in and is most definitely a must get.
