It will not allow me to return to the Home page of my account. I'm locked into some Activate Account screen where I can get 90% off. I'm not interested but there is no.option to return to my conversation with Rheanna making me look like a deadbeat not interested in her.

How to fix RolUp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RolUp app on iPhone
Update RolUp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RolUp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RolUp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RolUp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

RolUp Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RolUp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the RolUp App
1. On android, goto Settings » RolUp » click [Force Stop]

Update RolUp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RolUp App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RolUp » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RolUp.

Fix RolUp unable to contact server/ RolUp internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RolUp » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RolUp » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RolUp
