Crashing app

Trying to cash out and when I put my phone number in to get the verification code to pay the .25 and cash out it says oops can’t send code.

Survey Pop please what is really the challenge. Have you guys stopped paying Survey Respondents? Because I can't imagine that this is going to two weeks plus I can't do any Survey an neither have I seen my Payment in my PayPal. So sad!

Survey pop seems to be jerking around i have not received 2 payouts nothing has been done. Sent my pay pal account and still nothing. Eureka survey won't give me my money either what is the problem

I am getting no surveys now for 2 days. I log out and log back in still nothing

Survey Pop and Survey Spin always have issues with signing in and just now I tried to cash out after all the time I spent doing surveys, only for it to glitch and not send it to my email then! Their offerwalls always have glitches where you don’t get rewarded for completing their offers. I’m sticking to MyPoints surveys site from now on.

When i wanted to do the surveys they were a text where it says "something went wrong"

Hello. I can’t log into my account. The magic link never comes to my email. I have checked my spam and junk mail and it still never comes. Thank you.

Surveys are always locked

Every time I try to do one of the games it says my phone isn't up to date. I've checked my phone and it is. My phone is less than a year old. It was last updated last week.

I can't get any surveys to work I've sent several messages but nobody will help please help

Two issues: It won't log me in and surveys over $1 are always locked. I've had this account for awhile and figured these would have unlocked by now.

I claimed my money to PayPal just now but I didn’t receive the money, do I have to wait or is it gone.

Regards, Amor This is the email I got from survey pop I know it says eureka but it’s survey pop i hope this helps I still can’t get logged in I guess I’ll have to wait a week and try again. 😞

I have been having trouble logging into survey pop lately for a while now I put in my email then send the “magic link” but nothing comes up I have gave up but created another account with my gmail account it works but I wanted my other account so I logged out and tried to login to my other account still not getting the link I’m pretty sure I have spoken to someone about this issue before they have said that I can only login at a certain time. I can’t figure out where that email is or where I learned this but I need help until then anyone know any info on this?

Cannot click on cash out tab. Error on screen - something went wrong. Have tried logging out and reinstalling the app. No change. Please help!

I have locked myself out and can't login it says wrong details

I’ve been trying to log back in for several weeks but when I hit send link and go to my mail there isn’t any mail or link to sign back in. I know my account is still active because I invited friends and it pops up when they complete a survey. What do I need to do?
