Contact Survey Pop Support

I downloaded this app hoping to make at least 5 dollars in a whole hour, but was scammed of so much time. They lure you in with many 1 dollar surveys. I thought “awesome! Finally someone who doesn’t pay 1 pennie every 5 minutes!”. Then, after completing “one more survey” that was required for those better paying ones, they all disappeared. I was then greeted by two, poorly rated servers that take 20 minutes for 15 cents. I did one of them, just to see if more would pop up after, then after I spent 20+ minutes on this survey and answered honestly and thoroughly, it said that the survey sender declined and I got no reward and no chance to even rate the survey’s success. What a waist of time. If my experience improves, I’ll update this review.

I gave this app a try because it’s made by the same people that make Eureka and the cash out is only $5 min instead of $10 It took me 2 days to earn $10 on Eureka and it’s been 4 days with this app and I haven’t made the $5 yet. The past 2 days I’ve completed a survey and didn't been paid for them. Reporting the survey doesn’t get the survey taken down or get you any money rewarded back. There’s no daily polls like eureka has. There’s hardly any surveys to do and they are much longer than the ones on eureka take. I feel like this is where the surveys nobody wants to take on your other app end up. Once I get to the $5 I will cash out and delete the app.

I have used surveypop for a long time and never had an issue with them until now. I decided to try their offer wall to earn more $ and I started about 5 diff offers. When I completed one offer and didn’t get credit for it after a few days I contacted both surveypop and Adgem. I got one response from Adgem in the beginning that they were investigating it, even though I sent them solid proof that I completed the offer and still have yet to receive any response from Adgem nor recieved the credit for time spent completing the offer. Survey pop has only told me to contact Adgem…I looked into Adgem and found that they have a very bad reputation for not giving those credits and not responding at all! I’m very disappointed that other companies such as survey pop continue their association with Adgem allowing them to continue to scam others etc…because if they didn’t then Adgem would not have a leg to stand on therefore surveypop imo are just as responsible and should also be held accountable and if apple and google continue to allow it then what???
