Ultimate sleep companion

Super well designed app that helps users wind down, improve sleep quality, and maintain a consistent bedtime routine. It’s very easy to use whether you are tech-savvy or not, you’ll find Nightly easy to set up and customize. I love how it tailors recommendations and tools based on your sleep patterns and preferences like having a personal sleep coach in your pocket! They have a wide variety of soothing sounds and guided meditations helping you drift into a restful state. It’s very convenient that they provide insightful sleep data and trends without being overly complicated. My sleep really improved by using Nightly and I am very pleased!

if you want good sleep, this app is a MUST!

I absolutely loved using Nightly! this app improved my sleep after using it for just one week!! As a college student, my schedule is always very busy and whenever I get the chance to sleep, I want to make sure it’s the best it can be! this app uses monaural beats to improve the amount of deep sleep you get which helps you wake up feeling more rejuvenated. After using this app, I saw an increase in my deep sleep and felt more energized throughout my day which is a must as a college student!

this app was so easy to use: you can input recent activities before bed and it will make custom beats for you and your sleep! It’s incredibly quick to set up right before bed and turns off with a built in alarm. If you have roommates, there are even inaudible beats that work just as well as the audible setting so it’s perfect for those in dorms or people who need silence to sleep (like me!) There is even guided meditations to go to sleep which were amazing if I had trouble going to sleep.

Overall, I absolutely LOVED this app and found that it increased my quality of sleep and helped me feel ready for the day ahead!! It was SO simple and easy to use not to mention how effective it was!! Download Nightly - your sleep will thank you! 💤

Nightly Is Night Changing!

In my experience with working to improve the quality of my sleep, I’ve came across many solutions that all either don’t work or only improve the quality by a sliver. this app does so much more than that. this app has taken my ability to get quality rest and absolutely shot it through the roof. I struggled with getting as much deep sleep as I wanted, as was measured through my Fitbit app. Since using this app, my REM sleep and Deep sleep have both improve measurably. From using this app, my daily readiness has improved, I feel much less groggy in the mornings, and I feel I can rest easy knowing that they’re looking to continue growing and advancing their efforts. Thanks this app!

Great app! Improved my sleep

I was interested in the this app app due to having issues falling asleep and staying asleep. As a college student, I have a lot of early mornings and I’ve noticed my lack of sleep having effects on my energy. After downloading and using Nightly , I’ve noticed my sleep consistently improving for longer deeper sleep. The monaural beats and relaxing sounds help me fall asleep much quicker as well! I feel more refreshed when I wake up and feel more energized throughout my day. Definitely glad I tried it, it has made such an improvement!!

Feeling rejuvenated and refreshed w/ Nightly!!

Being a Princeton student, the quantity and quality of my sleep as been poor. A busy schedule forced me to sleep late and wake up early. With scarce sleep, I was less focused in class and my brain felt groggy. Ever since I’ve been using this app, I’ve been able to optimize on my 6 hours of sleep by getting more deep sleep and completing more REM cycles. It’s honestly helped me perform so much better on tests because I feel energized and the brain dogs are gone. I recommend Nightly to anyone who is busy and needs to make the best out of the little sleep they get. Such a game changer!

More Sleep!!

I’ve always struggled with falling asleep especially when I am stressed out. I find it very hard for me to relax and if I do end up sleeping it is a very light sleep that does not leave me refreshed at all. After trying the this app app, I was able to see immediate results! I started falling asleep almost immediately and sleeping through the night. These are two things I never thought would happen and they have made me feel so much better about the quality of sleep I am getting. Perfect Sleep App for Me

Generally I am super skeptical with sleep apps and how effective they are at helping me sleep, but Nightly actually helped me sleep better and I was astonished. I’ve been tracking my sleep for years and effective sleep means a lot to me, so this was super cool to me.

It’s so clear how much research and work has been put into making this a neuroscience-based app. I personally love that I can use it in my dorm on silent with my roommate so he doesn’t get bothered but I still get better sleep.

It’s super simple, has cool features, and has helped me get better sleep especially as a sleep-deprived college student! Definitely recommend trying it out!!

You will never struggle to wake up again

The sounds, the option to set a sleep schedule by cycles, this is all great. But I had been shopping around for similar spas for a while and they seemed to offer a mix. But THIS. Nightly CHANGED IT ALL. It plays some special sounds 30 min before waking up that make the wake up so smooth, and it carefully reports your sleep every week. My deep sleep has improved so much. It also has special calming sounds to fall asleep that are designed based on your day. None of the guessing work that other apps make you do. And it has such a clean look!!! I just live using Nightly every single night and waking up well rested.

Smooth incorporation into my routine for better sleep

Nightly was so convenient! The monoaural beats blended in so well with the background noise that I barely heard the beats. I really like the sunrise alarm because it’s a calming alarm sounds and gradually wakes me up over half an hour. My favorite part of Nightly though was how it took into account my day in order to generate beats that were most ideal for getting good sleep that night. For example, it would ask me if I was stressed, used electronics before bed, took a nap, and other parts. These components also helped me think about factors that impact my sleep and in turn help modify my day to also sleep better — like less electronics or noting my stress levels.

Satisfying Sleep!

Love Nightly! Such a difference it made in my sleep, in making me feel actually refreshed and ready to wake up in the mornings! The interface is so incredibly easy to use and super straightforward unlike a bunch of other sleep apps I’ve tried before. The personalization and options to edit my sleep goals are such nice features to include on Nightly and out makes it all the more better when I need to shift my sleep priorities to account for circumstances that might come up on a day to day or weekly basis! I was particularly sick this past week and it helped me to not only get deeper sleep, but I felt a pretty significant change in my symptoms and feeling after using Nightly consistently. Absolutely absolutely recommend Nightly to anyone looking for a change of pace or trying to venture out into the land of sleep apps!

Some much needed good sleep

Sleep has always been pretty variable for me - when I do manage to get more than 6 hours, I still never wake up feeling refreshed. And in college with classes and activities all day, a good sleep is really what I need.

Using this app has been a game-changer! Letting Nightly play customized beats when I sleep has been so good for my sleep quality, and I love that there are so many settings that you can play around with to make sure Nightly is doing what you need. I personally really liked the white noise, and how many choices I had to choose from. A bonus is the sleep lab section: learning more about sleep in general has made me more conscious of the sleep I get and what I do before going to bed.

Tl;dr: if you want to get good sleep (especially as a busy college student) you have to give this app a try! You’ll definitely notice a difference 😴😴

Put the science behind your sleep

I’ve always been interested in improving my sleep because as an athlete, recovery is everything and I can tell when my sleep quality is poor based on my performance at practice the next day. I usually get decent sleep, but I didn’t realize how much better it could be until I tried this app. After using Nightly for around two weeks, I noticed a huge difference in how rested I felt and how my body recovered.

Nightly works by playing monaural beats while you sleep, which at first sounded like it would potentially be bothersome to my roommate, BUT Nightly has the option to play the beats at higher, inaudible frequencies. Although you can’t hear these sleep sounds directly, they still have amazing effects on your sleep, so I’m able to experience all the benefits of the sleep sounds without disturbing my roommate.

Also, the personalization feature of Nightly is INCREDIBLE. Before you go to bed, you can select what your pre-sleep activities were, and Nightly uses AI to play the sounds best tailored to you for that night. Each morning, Nightly gives you a sleep report so you can get a good idea of your rest and recovery each morning.

If you take your recovery seriously, Nightly is a total game-changer. It’s like giving your body the extra edge it needs to perform at its best. I HIGHLY recommend Nightly!!!!

A must have app for better sleep

this app is the best app ever. As a college student, I admittedly have an awful sleep schedule never seem to wake up rested no matter how much sleep I get. I swear this app is magical. It seamlessly fit into my night routine and has become something I look forward to. I love getting the bedtime reminders every night. The feature of being able to put different sounds like lake pebbles or rain on top of my monaural beats was amazing! I also thought the alarm was great and always woke me up but somehow it was peaceful, and I just felt more awake than when I wake up with my phone alarm. I have told all of my friends about Nightly and how cute and easy Nightly is to use makes it an easy sell. I am obsessed with getting my sleep report card in my email each week. All though I have yet to get an A in any category (it has been a rough semester) I am determined to keep improving. this app is a must have for anyone who wants to start sleeping better!

Using this app has been an absolute game-changer to my sleep. Ever since coming to college, I have always struggled with waking up numerous times in the night, however with this app, I have found that I have woken up less or not at all most nights! My quality of sleep has been amazing and I wake up feeling refreshed and energized for my day.

finally getting good sleep!

I’m a pretty light sleeper and often wake up drowsy or just tired and I usually find that to be normal because that’s what I’m used to. BUT after trying this app, I realized there’s actually such a big difference in how I sleep and how I feel when I wake up. I won’t lie, I definitely wasn’t sure how this would work since I still slept only 5-7 hours since I’m currently in college (especially with midterms week) but despite sleeping so little, I can definitely tell the quality has improved. NOT ONLY did I receive a C- on my sleep report that this app sends out (which I was not happy about 😭), they also have other features you should check out like meditation and etc.

I also LOVE how they have unique tunes for how you’re feeling that day or if you did certain activities and so you have the perfect monaural beats for that day. my sleep score improved to a B- and I’m ready for it to be an A :) one of the best apps that I’ve tried and I would definitely recommend it AND it’s just so cute too 😁 GET THE SLEEP THAT YOU DESERVE!

The End to My Sleep Problems

I have always been awful about prioritizing my sleep and making sure I set myself up for success for a restful night. I have been an athlete since a young age and as any athlete knows sleep should be taken just as seriously as a workout. I also am currently a university student and sleep is one my biggest issues in my day to day. I have used this app for 3 weeks now and it has helped me take a huge step towards fixing my sleep problems efficiently and effectively. The personalized sounds each night based off of my activities each day and my current habits are great for someone like me with a changing schedule day by day. I also faced problems with falling asleep each night but the meditation and peacefulness has fixed that problem completely. I still struggle with falling asleep at a reasonable time due to late night studying but even on nights I get less then desired sleep I still wake up feeling refreshed and ready. I can’t recommend this app enough it has truly changed my day to day in the better.
