Spot The Hidden Differences Reviews

I’ve been using SpotTheHiddenDifferences for several months now. Prior to this time I had been looking for a similar game because I enjoy them. Whereas this is better than most in terms of the pictures, beware it is timed. You won’t like it if you don’t want to work under pressure.
Then again, most pictures are so easy and as you get into more and more of them, they almost feel boring. It because of this familiarity that you won’t even remember there is a timer. The amount of times you will run out of time is so far and few you’ll forget all about the timer, anyway.
I still will be in the hunt for a better game. I feel it can’t be too hard to upgrade the pictures, make them less cartoonish and does there have to be an ad after every picture? Every one?

If you pay to remove ads, it’s not a bad game. A little too easy - it gives you over 2 minutes per level, and it rarely takes more than 20 seconds. But that works if you’re looking for more relaxed gameplay.

If you try to play the free version with ads, it is an ad after almost every level, and it takes longer to watch the ad than clear the level. It’s the unfortunate new trend in ads where you have to “close” them 3 or 4 different times, having to wait again between several.

I rated this 5 stars because the overall game is awesome however, the ads is just too much. I even paid to remove them and they’re still lingering. I love this game and one of the ones I would have kept on my phone. The music is relaxing, the graphics are cute, the differences are certainly hidden in plain sight. I love this game but the ads……smh

What kind of Spot the Difference game is this?… You can clearly see that they are differences between the 2 images & when you click on it,the game places an X-indicating it was incorrect & then you run out of time & have to sit thru an ad only for the developers to show the exact same 2 images that forces me to see the exact same spots that were different!!!

Well, developers get your guys act together because even though it’s a free app, you guys can never give us back the time spent on lousy developed apps!

I started thinking it was a fair app, until I came upon a few mishaps. See if you guys can Spot The Difference(ha)… Delete!!

But it is too soon to tell if it will stay good, most apps start out good then change, become way to hard to play, hope this one stays the same, if so I will give it a 5

So they hook you by letting you play a few levels, then they slap you with an unbelievable amount of ads, and present you with an option to purchase the ad free version. It’s disgusting. And the game isn’t really that great. It’s mediocre if anything, just something to play to pass the time. But it wants anyone who downloads SpotTheHiddenDifferences to pay for the ad free version while the ap spies on you and sells your information. After I downloaded it, I started getting so many spam texts and calls that there should be legislation to protect consumers.

Game is fun but an ad after Every level gets tiring. I understand the owners/developers have to make their money but they lose more money by a player only playing 3-5 levels before quitting because they can’t stand the ads. At least offer a one time fee to remove the ads and then entice the player to watch the add for hidden levels or extras such as hints that can be used in other levels if needed.

I don’t like timed games, and I really don’t like ads. After the 1st 3 or 4 levels, there is at least one ad, and sometimes 2, between each level.

Additionally, due to neuropathy in my fingers, I have to use the Apple Pencil in order to comfortably use my ipad, and for just the 6 levels I played, less than half of the 10 differences at each level were sensitive to the Pencil. The rest required finger touch. And no, nothing’s wrong with my Apple Pencil. It’s the UI.

Have you ever quit a game because the ads are so bad? Not that there are too many, I mean yes, there are too many, but that’s not my point. All the ads are about a woman being kicked out of something — out of a house, the hospital, a hot air balloon— always a woman being brutally kicked out of her life. It makes me not want to play the game even though I understand the type of ads have nothing to do with the game. But the game itself is ok and usually challenging enough.

Overall this is a good game.
There seems to be at least one item in each puzzle i have issues finding, but when i select hint…im left feeling “ how the heck did i miss that”
Overall a decent game. If i had a gripe it is that there is a ad after EVERY game (and with hints)

Cant the game at least give us five plays before another ad????

This company doesn’t have customer support in their settings. Moreover, they cut off the time you get to resolve a puzzle after paying $3.99 for no commercials.

If you reset to start your game they say you get 2:30 minutes. Not TRUE! I timed it on my phone. Drops to 30 seconds in less that time. Watch a commercial to start yet again. This is cheating!

I’m sorry to give a bad review but, this company is not playing fair. Unacceptable.

It’s good game could be better with least commercials after each set played. I get it these are sponsor paying game but it getting ridiculous. I’ve no time wasted especially on my lunch or break. You know there are times you short break time. Like to get away, even if it’s short.

Most of the time when I zoom in It will click on a random spot and I lose 30 seconds. Not a big deal. What bothers me the most is the face that if I’m even one millimeters too far over it will count as an incorrect spot, I’ve had to restart several levels because I click on say a missing cloud but I didn’t hit it centered so I lost 30 seconds.

The reason for the three stars is that there are way to many ads. As for the game itself I would rate it a 5 but the frequency of the ads hurt the overall score. It us very irritating to only get to play one game then have an ad play, if at least 3 games then an ad that wouldn’t be bad, but as it’s stands I am going to delete this game for the reasons above.

I play a lot of games and this one is both more relaxing and more annoying than most. Compared to other games the ratio of play time to ads is greatly imbalanced. Moreover, the ads themselves are especially irritating and linger on the screen longer than ads in other games. Other than that when you can play it us fun.

It’s a fun game to play while killing time.
I’m on level 72 and it won’t allow me to tap on the cop coffee mug. Anytime I do it taps the computer monitor or the files the woman is holding so I can only “find “ 9 of the difference’s and can’t move to level 3.
Can you please get this issue fixed?

12 hours after installation … I deleted the game.

Starting out there was only one commercial after a successful round and the average length was approximately 15 seconds. As I advanced to higher levels, there were commercials before AND after each round. I timed the commercials and they had approached 60 seconds. Enough is enough! Adiós

Enjoyed the game. Appreciated the hints when stuck on a level which helped me learn what to look for. Long ads in between each puzzle has changed my rating earlier of 5 stars down to 2. I don’t play games where you spend more time waiting for the advertising to play than time spent playing the game. So I have deleted this one.

I rate low because of all the ads they game is very addictive very good game but the ads a ridiculous after every game an ads pop up it’s a quick turn off I’m about to delete it as much as I love playing it I’m very in inpatient and waiting on the ad to end is crazy

At first I liked the game. Nothing was wrong with it but, I did not like the fact that I was being time and I don’t know if this is just for me or it’s happening to everyone but, I was getting an ad after almost every round, which made me not want to play the game anymore. Other than that I don’t really see anything else wrong but just because I get an ad after every round is why l don’t want to pls the game. also, I do not like being timed because I like to take my time and really look at the whole picture instead of only having around two minutes to look at the whole thing.

This is a decent game. The graphics are nice and some of the differences are actually difficult to locate which makes for a nice challenge.
One flaw: the game is riddled with ads. If you pause the game for any reason, pressing” continue “ upon return forces you to watch an ad before going back to the game. Swiping down on control center to august brightness? Have to watch an add when done. Same with swiping to quickly view a notification. I understand the need for ads and it’s a nice game but there’s no way there’s such a need for so many. Makes playing the game less enjoyable.

This game is so fun I love it when I play this game it’s just so relaxing and some fun for me and I like that about some games there’s not a lot of relaxing games so thank you for creating this and whoever made this you’re a genius because now my little siblings play this game and they said it’s so fun so cool and they wish they had it on their electronics so thank you

Ok to start off SpotTheHiddenDifferences is great and it’s really fun to spot the difference. But l have a problem… ADS there are just way to many ads. Like for example when l log in AD when l move to a new level another AD in the middle of the level AD. It’s like SpotTheHiddenDifferences itself is a ad and l don’t know about you but ads are really REALLY annoying for me and sometimes l can’t even play the game without a ad. So please just stop with the ads apart of the ads SpotTheHiddenDifferences is really great and fun. Last thing who ever read this thank you for caring about this.

It’s very fun because all the pictures are very creative and you get to find all the the different differences The only problem is you have a timer and with the timer you have a certain amount of time you have to finish the thing and every single round the timer will go down a little and every time you get something wrong it takes away a lot of time from the timerAnd also there are a good amount of ads but still annoying but overall it’s a fun game I like it

I don’t see any problems with the game, if you’re worried about the ad ratio it’s actually pretty good and you get like one ad per 4 rounds? Or 5. The differences are fairly easy but sometimes there’ll be that odd one or two tricky ones. (No advertisements or annoying pop up ads)

I have sounds off in the game, as I like to play to wind down at night. Everyone else is asleep, then an ad comes on and it has sound. It’s startling and should not be happening. If a game is muted the ads allowed must be muted. I have talked to Apple about this same situation before. Sadly I will not be playing anymore and will most likely delete SpotTheHiddenDifferences . With sound coming through when it’s muted I can’t even play this in waiting rooms to relax before an appt.

This game is surprisingly easy but the thing is that it has a lot of ads. It’s very simple but they time you so me and my cousin get stressed out even though we’ve been playing it for ages. But I guess it’s cool ‘cause it’s frikin’ spot the difference, dude!

Ok so I gave it a three star because it is fun and calming but i found a difference and it didn’t count.
It also had a lot of bugs and every round there was a add almost every round.
i hated how it was so paid to win too I thought it should be less cheap.
Anyways I do kinda recommend this game if you are willing to pay $200 and you are rich.

The developer said several times that this is a find five differences in each puzzle when in fact, there are 10 items to find in each person that is why I’m giving it to stars there’s no way to change that so that is misinformation, kind of like “bait and switch“ which is illegal in the United States. Give us a puzzle that is fine. Five items per puzzle and maybe I will download that one. But I am definitely deleting this one and you are not getting my money.

I prefer to try games out before I pay for them and one of my biggest pet peeves is when I have to watch an ad after every single level. Even if I like the game, and I do like this game, I’ve seen 6 ads already and I’m only on level 6. That’s a deal breaker for me. Also I was forced to watch an ad for that disgusting pimple popping game. I’m totally grossed out by that stuff and I do not appreciate having to watch it just to continue my game.

I don’t mind the ads through the game. That’s the part that keeps it free. But the types of ads are ridiculous. One that keeps popping up is one game that’s like a hospital, where women are pregnant and either miscarrying or having stillborn babies and to top it off, it says “FAILED”. I understand it’s a game but that’s the point. Games are supposed to be fun or puzzles or even just mind numbing but these are game ads that are EXTREMELY insensitive, hurtful, and distasteful. If the ads are removed I’ll consider re-rating. I won’t be playing in the mean time.

I like this game, however, I don’t like it enough to pay for ad removal but being forced to watch ads of animals defecating has pushed me to my wits end. Y’all need to check yourselves. That’s just plain disgusting. I wish the people or persons responsible for the ad selection had any kind of moral compass. Eww to you. I bet you think it’s ok to pick your nose in public too. Done. Out. Deleting now. And, as a side note, please stop creating puzzles of people sitting on the toilet. Seriously? Potty stuff? Are you 4 years old?? Grow up!

I enjoy playing this Find the Difference. But my main complaint is I do not have a choice to be timed or not be timed. I play for my fun at my leisurely speed, forgetting I'm timed:(. Sometimes I’m watching tv while playing during commercials, so time is ticking away. Please give us users of your games a choice if we want to be timed or not.
