They keep charging my account $30 and over drafted me after I cancelled my subscription!! This app is trash.

First off the app wasn’t that useful which is why I cancelled shortly after downloading and starting the free trial. But I noticed the other day that Apple also thought they were sketch because they flagged the charge from them. Which alerted me that they had not only charged me once but twice for the app when I had cancelled during the free trial. Now I’m trying to get a refund and they claim I need proof. Which of course you don’t get when you cancel a free trial in the app they created. Upon further inspection I do have some emails where they told me they we reactivating my account for 24 hour for a deal. Which right there tells you it wasn’t active and they charged me without my permission. This is a complete scam and I’d be happy to start gathering details for a class action. I’ll add my email here in the future if it gets to that.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP! I cancelled this app in 2023 (after immediately downloading be side it is horrible and is not what is advertised) by jumping through hoops with multiple emails finally getting someone to answer me and assuring me that my account was cancelled. A year later, I received another $60 charge from them, I reached out to them again and got a response saying it is now cancelled. I asked for a refund and my email was escalated to senior representative. She denied me my refund because they “were not at fault” however they were. When I questioned her and asked for clarification I was completely ignored. 6 emails later, all without responses, I am $60 out and am warning everyone to stay far away from this app.
