Have question regarding their old reboot card and tried to chat with them but was route back to the contact them page. Enter all info and sent to them 2 weeks ago. No response at all. Since then, resent couple times but still no response. What type of customer support do they have??? Ordering ahead via HappyLemonUSA have also bad experience. The worker at Foster City Branch did not serve app order on a first come first serve basis. They just randomly pick a ticket from the stack of print out orders so we had to wait 6 more minutes after their suggested ready time. Guess would go less to Happy Lemon until their app improves. If they are not ready for HappyLemonUSA , do not launch it.

HappyLemonUSA is not great. I can understand the bad reviews. I decided to download it because of the 4th July promotion. It’s extremely buggy and had many things that need to be fixed. I had issues creating and verifying my account. Then when it came time HappyLemonUSA wouldn’t load and I couldn’t claim the reward. I just deleted HappyLemonUSA and opted out of emails from them. I shouldn’t have created an account smh.

I bought a e-gift card on here and it never showed up. Had to go through weeks of customer service just to get it added but then when I go back to HappyLemonUSA , it’s gone. It honestly not worth the hassle to get anything from HappyLemonUSA until they fix it

The map does not work unless you share your location. Search and other ways of finding stores does not work otherwise. And once I finally got to the order page for my local store, half their menu was missing from the menu in HappyLemonUSA .

I have tried using HappyLemonUSA four times today to make a single order. Other days I just gave up and drove down to place my order. All times the response is a slow spinning circle, where the order is never submitted. Seems like an infrastructure issue that needs to be fixed.

I love when places I frequent have apps, but HappyLemonUSA doesn’t work. It can’t locate my store, I can’t accept any of the offers (it has actually made me miss out on two since I downloaded it), and when I click on anything, the little lemon spin icon just keeps going. I have to fully exit out of it and even then it doesn’t always work.

App says I already have my phone number registered, but it doesn’t have an email address associated with it. So I can’t log in since I’ve never created an account and thus, never had a password. I miss using the happy lemon card! This is the 3rd time I haven’t been able to get my points for buying drinks already. #fixTheApp

Very frustrating to have to enter in my credit card every time I place an order even after saving the card. Also give the option for less boba, please!

Many times the request for a hot versus cold drink is overlooked bc you put a small H in front of the drink name and no one at the stores know what that means. I have to have them remake my order every time.

I am a previous customer with HappyLemon prior HappyLemonUSA was developed. I was trying to login HappyLemonUSA with my phone number, but it failed. I have contacted the customer support a few times and never receive a response in the past few months. Also, I was unable to register my mobile phone number with HappyLemonUSA . It stated the mobile number is already assigned to another member. I went ahead trying to reset password of my account by clicking forgot password, and it asked for my email address which I have never setup one previously. Can you contact me and purge the previous account? Thanks!

I’ve placed 2 orders on HappyLemonUSA so far, it doesn’t save your store location so you have to enter it every time and search for yours, among that it doesn’t give you points correctly. I ordered 2 drinks which should’ve added 2 points but only added one. It also doesn’t save your card even after you add save card I’ve had to enter it every time. Last thing is someone in the store has to “accept” your order on their part or else your order says “pending to be accepted”

I was so excited to see Happy Lemon was coming out with an app. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to use it to place any orders yet. When I try to search for my preferred location, it says there aren’t any results. I have to go into the map and find the location myself. I also keep getting an error that says “Something went wrong” when I try to place an order.

The design of HappyLemonUSA looks great. But most of the features doesn’t work well. I would only use this for free drinks collecting points. Don’t use this to order since whatever server they’re running with is pretty bad.

You have to put something in the tip category and I am not OK with that. I will never pay a mandatory tip on a pick up order. Tipping has always been optional, and I never tip until after service is completed.

The updates cause HappyLemonUSA not to work well, specially in the pick up order, my payments can’t go through with any credit/debit car I also tried in my friend’s phone and nothing. ;(

App design is overall commendable but sometimes the card does not save info and the order is ultimately not successful. But it appears to be working right now.

My favorite place to drink boba in Lynwood. The people who works there are nice and ready to help you. My drinks are always in time specially when I oreder online. Great place to visit and enjoy a delicious boba.

Right across the street from where I work, so perfect location to walk to on my lunch break! Staff is always friendly, and the store is always clean. They even have lots of seating if you want to enjoy your drink in the store.

Apple Pay would make HappyLemonUSA a lot more convenient.

Clear instructions, easy to use, useful when ordering ahead. Only setback is sometimes it loads too long and does not let u order.

I love this boba shop! The bubble waffles are delicious with the puff cream and the drinks are well sized for the price. I highly recommend this shop and the milk teas with salted cheese.
