Have question regarding their old reboot card and tried to chat with them but was route back to the contact them page. Enter all info and sent to them 2 weeks ago. No response at all. Since then, resent couple times but still no response. What type of customer support do they have??? Ordering ahead via the App have also bad experience. The worker at Foster City Branch did not serve app order on a first come first serve basis. They just randomly pick a ticket from the stack of print out orders so we had to wait 6 more minutes after their suggested ready time. Guess would go less to Happy Lemon until their app improves. If they are not ready for the app, do not launch it.

I am a previous customer with HappyLemon prior the app was developed. I was trying to login the app with my phone number, but it failed. I have contacted the customer support a few times and never receive a response in the past few months. Also, I was unable to register my mobile phone number with the app. It stated the mobile number is already assigned to another member. I went ahead trying to reset password of my account by clicking forgot password, and it asked for my email address which I have never setup one previously. Can you contact me and purge the previous account? Thanks!

I’ve placed 2 orders on the app so far, it doesn’t save your store location so you have to enter it every time and search for yours, among that it doesn’t give you points correctly. I ordered 2 drinks which should’ve added 2 points but only added one. It also doesn’t save your card even after you add save card I’ve had to enter it every time. Last thing is someone in the store has to “accept” your order on their part or else your order says “pending to be accepted”
