اغلب المطاعم على التطبيق عارضه نفس السعر او اقل بشوي للوجبات المقدمة وهذا ما يخدم فكرة التطبيق!
أنا كمستخدم حملت التطبيق لهدف واحد اخذ الفائض بسعر لا يذكر لانه فائض! أنا مو جايه اشتري وجبة أعدت لي خصيصًا عشان تعطوني الاسعار ذي.

أسوء برنامج و أسوء دعم فني
انصح بعدم استخدامه

I had an delivery order from a near restaurant should take 30 min max if from other applications
Any way waited more than 1 hour then try to call the restaurant or the drive the phone was out of service then called customer support multiple times no answer
Then try customer services chats
They said you will receive in 5min
Unfortunately didn’t after 15 min chats again they said again in 5 min
That’s repeated 3 times
I received the request food cold and the drink is lemon juice instead of cocktail
Well customer services didn’t do any good for what happened
They sent me an email that i will receive the compensation between cocktail and orange juice on my wallet
overall didn’t get anything
Like nothing happened
That’s terrible

جربت اشحن محفظتي بالتطبيق و تم سحب المبلغ من البنك لكن محفظة التطبق لم يضاف لها شي.

اخذو فلوسي و استمروا بالمماطلات ولم استرد شي الى الان.

There is no saving grace. Prices are exaggerated even though the products are close to expiring ha ha

اغلب الجهات الي في التطبيق ماتنفذ فكرة التطبيق و تستغل التطبيق بشكل سيء و بخداع العملاء و مافي اي احد يحميك و لا عناية بمستخدمين التطبيق

The idea of BarakahFreshFoodSaved is great but the system sometimes is slow and payments doesn’t go thru. Plus some restaurants advertise for certain type of food and you pick up something else because this is what’s available. This is not how to do business. My advice to BarakahFreshFoodSaved management is to eliminate those restaurants from BarakahFreshFoodSaved when they violate.

I like the idea, i feel somehow i’m helping saving fresh food from being wasted, the only issue is perhaps if you can deal with more restaurants.

Long short of it, instead of restaurants throwing away excess inventory, I get them at a discounted price.

التطبيق جيد و لكن يحتاج تعديلات كثيرة جداً
خانة التواصل ما اقدر اسوي ارسال للاقتراح
و كمان العناوين المحفوظة ما تنحذف
و التطبيق ما يعطيك الا الاماكن القريبة منك و لما تدور على المطعم او المكان المطلوب ما يطلعلك

Good selection, variety and both delivery and pickup worked great for me during Ramadan.

I was shocked to learn how much food is wasted in restaurants in Saudi. BarakahFreshFoodSaved is a beautiful concept and it works smoothly and reliably.

Every time I order something , I always feel great about it. I take part in helping save food waste, and I get to have my favorite food for a very discounted price! SO GOOD! Thanks Barakah!
