After paying for a full year to save, and a month of using, I discovered I was missing many calls from existing and potential customers because they were using their office line. Deleted and cancelled renewal 11 months from now. Thank you for helping me spend almost $60 to discover RealCall and service cost me thousands in opportunity. I’ll just ignore the real calls that end up being spam. I do not recommend, unless you are the type of person that has every possible phone number your customer may choose to call from. Well, the 24/7 customer service chat is usually unavailable each time I tried to message. My apologies if I wanted to always communicate outside our the posted 24/7 availability. I always thought my days were 30+ hours long anyway. 👍

Like the title says it takes an all or nothing approach so either you send every call that’s not in your contacts to an auto attendant/screening service or you allow them all to come in. Because spam callers spoof different numbers, I understand the challenge but if it’s marked “most likely spam” why not send that to a screening service, it makes sense but RealCall doesn’t do that, it either tells you and let’s the call go through or you block everyone from calling. Again it’s all or nothing. My phone tells me it’s spam likely for free I don’t need to pay you $8 a month to do the same thing. It’s pointless, 7 day free trial 3 days in ive received 6 calls today and it’s 1pm…. It doesn’t work, do not purchase. Lastly, it’s weird but it seems as my calls have increased since giving my info to RealCall. I’m going to just change my number. 0/5 pointless.

Love not getting spam, but it also blocks new customers that I don’t have saved in contacts. So Frustrating! Their customer service is nonexistent!!! And the glitches in trying to get help just loop you back to where you enter your number again. Everytime I loose cell range while driving, I have to end up deleting my app and re download it, but still have quite the problems to get it working again. No partial refund either… I should have never signed up for RealCall!!!! SMH
I have tried to report my issue, bur RealCall won’t let me … keeps giving me a message that I need to enter my email first and when I do (there is no designated place to enter the email on my iPhone SE), it just loops me back to the message board.

I was getting about 4-5 spam calls a day. Now, I get about 3-4. It definitely blocks some, but not nearly enough. And it inconveniences people who actually know you but you don’t have their phone number saved. My customers have to jump through hoops to get ahold of me, while spam gets right through 80% of the time. So honestly, it’s hindering me more than it’s helping me.

Also, they block spam texts. Which they have about 70% success rate for me. They have a “keywords to block” section and I wrote every single word under the sun associated to insurance in there and then I get texts like “hey Alex, we wanna talk about health insurance deductibles plus dental vision region plan doctor medical” like, I’ll get every single word I’ve “blocked” in a single text somehow.

So again, kind of worthless to me after paying $60

Since getting this the spam calls have completely stopped but so has everything else. No one is able to reach me outside of my contacts. I was hospitalized a few days ago and doctors’ offices haven’t been able to reach me. One office tried calling 8 times and still couldn’t leave a voicemail. They can’t even get through the system to leave me a voicemail (even after manually selecting an option that they are a real caller). I also have been unable to receive calls from independent contractors who are trying to help me around my phone. Either I reach them the first time or they can’t reach me when they call. Of course all of this started happening after the free trial started and I paid for a full year. I am also still getting several spam texts a day from 5 digit numbers.

Well it did help with spam calls but it also blocked a lot of my real calls and didn’t let them leave a voicemail. I finally turned it off cause it was causing too many issues with calls and I turned on the “not until I turn it back on” feature but it still turns it back on! Even though it warns you you’ll have to manually turn it back on. So I feel like it’s off until you get a call then it magically turns itself back on. I don’t know… it helped for the original download of needing to get spam calls to stop but now it’s too much of an issue. 3 stars is kind of iffy for me since it blocks calls I actually need and prevents voicemails

I am using RealCall because I wanted revenge on robocallers as they do not remove my number from their calling list and keep calling me even after they hang up. I like how RealCall is good at detecting calls that are spam and blocking them. However, I feel that the callers behind the calls are not getting enough of what they deserve as the answer bots are barely saying anything. The robocallers hang up instantly when they don’t hear voices, and then they call back again at a random time spoofing a different caller id. The fight back features need some improvement so that they can finally waste scammer time.

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for blocking me from certain people calling as I was literally getting about 15 harassing calls every day and I don’t believe they were genuine or any businesses I’m trying to figure out after my Traumatic Brain Injury which I survived in Texas almost 7 years ago after drinking a dangerous amount after being sober 7 years and suddenly drinking and falling down 20 feet of big steep rocks near my home in Allen, Texas where I pretty much almost died and then lost my kids after surviving the accident and a whole lot more honestly. Anyways thank you again from the bottom of my heart for helping to block me from people harassing me anymore through my phone as it’s making that part of my life a little better now these days 😉 Warmest Regards, Michele Trevor

This is a great app so far, coming from someone who gets a lot of spam calls, Robo calls, telemarketers, spam, texts, etc. You have to take a little time and set up your block number list, but if you do, your phone will finally give you a break from all the nonsense collars. Everybody knows if you block them, they just find another way to get through, but RealCall stops it. They even call you once or twice a day just as a check-in to make sure that the service is still working.I have yet to purchase the premium, I’m not 100% sure if I’m going to yet, but from the performance I’ve seen so far, I imagine I will.

I have been plagued by nonstop political texts that the person before me who had my number, was receiving.. we’re talking all political sides and I was losing my sanity getting 10-20 texts a day all sandwiched in between my “real” texts for a yr and a half now. Never wanted to look at my phone. Finally got so fed up w it last night that I googled apps that block spam texts and calls and came across this one and downloaded it last night. 0 texts today besides ones from family and friends. I cannot begin to describe how relieved I felt today knowing only real texts were causing my notifications. So grateful!!!!

I have had this company for more than a month. They are AMAZING!! I was so done with my previous company supposedly covering my bogus calls. I was texting 20-25 calls/day. So far I am so thrilled with this app. They have stopped numerous calls already! I tried so hard to stay with the other company because I had them for several years. I just ran out of patience with them allowing “Trust Fund” calls through. I started to feel that I was working for them reporting bogus calls. This this app company jumped right in and calls were blocked without my input. I can’t believe how great they are. I finally have some peace!! Give it a try! OUTSTANDING!!!

OMG! If you know how the internet works, you know whenever you enter our phone number to make a purchase, sign up for a newsletter or anything, most sell our data for marketing. We are being marketed to almost 24/7. Over the past months I am receiving )no exaggeration) between 9-17 marketing calls a day and 3-7 marketing texts. All hours of the day and evening, 7 days a week! Auto dialers have no shame!

I found RealCall researching how to make it stop. OMGGGGGG my phone doesn’t ring anymore and I know it’s legit because no one leaves messages !!

Time is all we have in our life. Let’s clear the clutter and get in control so we can block out the noise to focus on what’s important to us and achieve our goals! If you think like I do, this is well worth the investment. You really can’t believe it !!! I wish I could download a screen shot of all the missed red calls on my phone. All thanks to RealCall!

I enjoy having RealCall answering my unwanted phone calls. Those phone calls take up way too much time and energy for me to even respond to those people. I just wish we had RealCall on those ancient dinosaurs phones we used to have. But those phones were only able to make phone calls and that was it. Then they came out with the analog phone. Which was perfect for some people. It meant that the government couldn’t trace you or your call. I’m am really enjoying RealCall. I love it and think it’s really awesome. I will definitely be keeping it for a while.

When I first installed and tried RealCall it did not function correctly. However with the flood of spam calls I receive daily, many from China, I installed it again to see if anything had changed with my phone. I followed the installation directions, and it now works perfectly. Not sure if the updates from iPhone or RealCall itself made a difference, but every feature of this program works like it should. I am very happy with the functionality of RealCall, and have had 3 quiet days of no spam calls already, and I expect this to continue. Telemarketers, spam and scam calls are totally out of control and such an invasion of privacy. RealCall will help combat that invasion of your privacy. Thank you.

So far so good, once you set things up it then flows smooth, scammers will still try different ways and use 800 numbers but when the call goes to Robo Call they won’t leave a message, if it’s someone trying to honestly reach you then they will leave a voicemail. Just make sure you follow the setup instructions and activate the available options and give them petty scammers a dose of their own medicine. Hopefully this will continue to work and if and when it doesn’t any longer I’ll move on to another source.

This is one of the best scam call & spam text blocking apps I’ve used in years. I want to sign up for paid version but scared the quality will diminish and cost will be too much to pay for because already struggling with bills so will continue to use the free version until I’m able to afford the paid version. I was surprised to find a free iPhone version usually everything iPhone you gotta pay and pay high cost. I highly recommend RealCall if you get spam robocalls and suspicious text from unknown senders. I usually do not answer unknown calls but RealCall reveals the identity and allows me to chose whether to answer or decline the call or text. I really think the government should better protection for citizens because millions of people get scammed everyday because of all these scammers using spoofed numbers pretending to be from official companies.

I kept getting a call from Healthcare every 5 minutes and since I have my hearing aids connected to Bluetooth on my phone it started to really unnerve me . It was literally non-stop calls from a different number so blocking was useless. I searched and came across RealCall and it’s been a game changer!!! No more calls!! Thank you all so much because it was starting to affect my health and I had nowhere to turn and was literally considering changing my number which would have been the last thing I wanted so Thank you!

I was skeptical RealCall would block important calls and texts. I was wrong. I worked with it the first week and after that it’s a fast learner. It is a pleasure to not have to keep my phone on silent all the time. It blocks the scammers and all my calls and texts come through.

I only wish it would block them on my MacBook which is connected to my phone. I’ll do some research and see if that’s an option.

Overall, app does what it says it will and worth the small fee I paid for it. Thank you 🙏

I own my own aesthetics business, as well as I teach yoga. It is important for me to be able to stay in touch with my clients as well as my healthcare providers as I am chronically ill but this also leads to me having incessant phone calls that I waste time on. Bec
I was literally losing my mind, and, starting to waste a lot of stress on said calls that didn't need to go through. If you are receiving too many Robo calls or too many spam calls. This is worth your money, especially if you own your own business.

I LITERALLY Was getting a call every 15 minutes from a scammer trying to get my Medicare information, true story, and it was driving me crazy… RealCall has completely shut them down! I'm not sure exactly how it works. I suspect it in real time detects a call from a spoofed phone number all I know is I get a dozen "silenced calls" in my recent call folder, and I let RealCall take care of them $10 a month is a small price to pay for peace of mind. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

UPDATE!! After further review. Disregard everything I wrote above. Yes they block all calls.... even from your CONTACTS! when a voicemail is left it is left on this app servers rather than your own mailbox and when you try to retrieve it, you cannot hear it! The technical support is absolutely HORRID! It took four emails and five days to even get a response and they do not answer their technical support phone number OMG NOW I'M HAVING A PROBLEM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT how to get this off MY PHONE DO NOT DOWNLOAD RealCall is a nightmare 👻☠️💀👻
