Não consigo atualizar informações no app da ICON

Tenho tempo que estou tentando atualizar os valores no aplicativo da ICON, e eles não reconhecem o EQI.
Quando eu tinha o BTG o app da ICON atualizava normalmente os meus valores de investimentos no app, desde da mudança para o EQI não consigo mais essa atualização.
