I am writing to express my concern regarding an unintended subscription to your application/service. I mistakenly downloaded and subscribed to the app, but my card had insufficient funds at the time. I later canceled the subscription and deleted the app, believing that would be the end of it. However, I continue to receive notifications stating that my payment of $47.99 failed due to insufficient funds, and that the subscription is still active until next year. This has now become an issue, as the outstanding payment attempt is affecting my ability to use my card for other important transactions. Kindly assist me with the following: Confirm that my subscription has been fully canceled and will not renew or retry payment. Remove any pending charges or outstanding debt from my account. Ensure that my card is not charged now or in the future. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and would appreciate your help in resolving this matter as soon as possible. First off, I saved my reel several times, yet after two hours of repetitive, annoying work, it was nowhere to be found. Second, because title sequence has three sections, I had to reset font and color of font for each section. That doesn’t sound so bad, but because the controls are so clunky, I had to do it over and over to get it even close to what I was shooting for. I remembered why I abandoned this app the last time I attempted using it. Granted, I am a relative newbie (but not an idiot). Then the final insult…After fighting and tweaking and redoing and saving AGAIN, come the big reveal: It isn’t THERE. All that displays are my original photographs. Not the reel. I’m short a few clumps of hair from TEARING them out. Eesh.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This app is awful, if you need to make reels, go elsewhere. They will take your money and you might not even get your video.
I was making a reel and once I was finally done, they made me pay in order to save it. I paid and then while it was saving the app started glitching, then after waiting over 15 minutes it did not save, and timed out. When I reopened the app nothing was there and now I have to start all over. Now I paid for no reason… terrible app, use another.

I would have bought this - had the first reel I made saved how it kept showing … the format for font was diff than it showed when it saved which messed up the entire reel
Then I tried re-saving and it was $6 a week / what so you can take my money and still fk up my reels? What a waste of time
