The app is really easy to use - I get to browse recipes of meals that are already approved by my dietitian (so no worrying about if it’s without my dietary needs). I’ve made several recipes already and also gotten the refrigerated meals. Would recommend to anyone looking to make positive small changes in your health habits!

I love love love this app! The recipes in it are super delicious and easy to make, and I’ve noticed myself eating much healthier as a result. It’s also expanded my “things I can make” repertoire a lot! Love that the groceries just get delivered straight to my door.
The premade meals are really convenient and helpful on the days I’m too lazy to cook, and they’re even more yummy than anything I can make lol.
