According to the this app advertisement it takes a fuzzy photo and makes it clear. I had one photo in particular that I wanted to use it for..it made very little difference if any at all.

I cancelled the subscription immediately. Apple will not give me any credit at all. So lesson learned.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT APP AT ALL.

PhotoTune is limited in scope, including the fact that in older photos it will screw image parts, does not take African American features in account and will produce straight hair when the hair is curly. Will not colorize old photos and is not intelligent.

PhotoTune is a complete disaster. It doesn’t work at all—constantly crashes, freezes, and won’t even load most of the time. To make matters worse, there is absolutely no support available. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times and received no response. It’s like they just abandoned it. Don’t waste your time or money on this useless app. It’s beyond frustrating, and the developers clearly don’t care about their users.

How do you cancel this?

PhotoTune is a waste of my money and time, unless you have the idea to look like a gigantic head.

Not as clear as other apps. Two ads to watch should be one. Deleting it. My feeling is… a reasonable lifetime fee. Not this pay forever garbage.

I give it a 1/5 stars bc I been waiting 30 mins and yes I even tried restarting my phone and checked WiFi PhotoTune just slow

My phone is locked by PhotoTune completely locked. I couldn’t even make a phone call.

Cannot get improved versions of antique photos. Fake, contrived costumes and poses instead of a clear version of the original photo are the result. I am so sorry I ordered PhotoTune…… Not at all as advertised.

App is advertised as offering in app purchases. It doesn’t offer any such thing: it offers subscriptions (monthly or yearly plans).

Want to try on a couple of older photos to see how PhotoTune works before spending to subscribe? Choose your best candidate as you get ONE shot. After a single trial you’ll be informed you need to pay to try any more.

this is not at all easy to use. It’s not what I thought it would do for my photos. One of my selfies gave me a 5 o’clock shadow! Whaaat? I’m a woman. I signed up for a year (10 minutes ago) but it was a complete waste of my money. They don’t even offer a one day trial or anything. Not sure if I can get a refund.

Obviously fine internet since I downloaded it from the store. Strong mobile and WiFi.

First load all my uses expired?

I’m looking for an app with the highest possible upscale. PhotoTune runs 4x in pro mode and is supposed to do the same in batch mode but all I get are 2x enhanced images via batch mode and so far batches are limited to 6 images. Wouldn’t be an issue if they upscaled to 4x but would need to send them back through if that’s even possible.

I like the batch feature and the fact the trial doesn’t watermark your images. It’s been the best I’ve tested this far which is actually sad

Needs some work to be a top app

Better than Remini, (which I used to use for over 2 years). Likey the best photo enhancer out there. I like the lifetime subscription option too, however, I didn’t expect to pay additional $ to create avatars which in my opinion were low par, having to upload 10 to 12 selfies versus just 1, took the server over 2 hours to process the avatars, and most didn’t even look like me? Please revisit the avatar quality and zero pay for lifetime subscribers and an option to upload one selfie at a time for avatar. Can you also add scratch removal and colorized please? Thanks!

I purchased a year subscription mainly for the colorization option (which was touted in the ad) and I can’t seem to locate it within PhotoTune . Is this option really offered??

I love how it isn’t such a ai alike concept for the photo, and it looks natural

Pros:
I took a beautiful picture of my 16 y/o daughter in a nice gown that was blurred. I downloaded PhotoTune to try with the photo. The result was a lovely crisp photo.
Cons: I would like a lifetime subscription rather than pay per year.

I’ve downloaded like 5 apps trying to find one that’d make my photo clearer without enhancing my face oddly. The only criticism I’d have for this is that it changes the coloring of my picture but I don’t mind because it was kinda easy to get it back to the right color! Deleting Remini right now and keeping PhotoTune :)

Only putting this at 5 stars so people can see it. Immediately deleted PhotoTune . Not only did it shove a subscription in my face, but it didn’t work. As much potential as this has their should be a 7 day free trial rather then forcing me to have to dump the product. Redundant.
