The software is great when it works but the second you have a problem your minimum wait to talk to someone is 20 minutes and it’s via text and that person will have litteraly minimal knowledge of the software and then they will escalate it to level two who you will never and I mean never hear back from. You are essentially on your own even with serious issues that will cost your company bookings. Just one example the system was not delivering my messages to guests at all so all of my messages weren’t being received including check in instructions and answering guest questions. Level two received this about a week and a half ago and I never heard even a single word back. Nothing not even when it was this serious. I’ve had multiple examples of this play out over and over. There is absolutely no one who you can talk to get help in a serious situation and you can not get a manager or anyone beyond the level one support. The owner of this company should be ashamed the software is fantastic but when you leave your customers out In the cold like this it’s absolutely absurd. People’s businesses are on the line, allot of money is at stake and litteraly no one will help you. Most of the time you can get more information out of ChatGPT but when it’s a serious technical issue and you need something done ASAP, you are up the creek.

We have used Hostfully for a number of years and been overall disappointed with the amount of bugs they can’t seem to solve in a timely manner. Support is limited to live chat, which responds like a broken record “We have reached out to our Dev team and they are working on it!”. This goes on for weeks, and they require constant badgering to get updates. The features are all there to make a solid PMS, and I think it would be a great platform if it was stable - but the software is constantly breaking and takes weeks to solve simple issues. App is painfully slow. I’ll consider adjusting my review once they fix our texting feature, which we have programmed to be the basis of our operation for guest communication. Overall, if you’re looking to transition to a PMS, I’d look elsewhere for a more stable option with competent support agents.

The app is terrible and virtually useless. The platform itself has some great concepts but they aren’t truly available and usable. Random bugs cause property details to change and thus not searchable on VRBO and AirBnB. Getting live help is virtually impossible. To top things off they recommend Stripe for payment processing without fully explaining the process. Then Stripe won’t distribute your funds which currently has me in a death loop submitting the same information over and over and refusing to send my payouts.
