Barely works in major metropolitan areas. Customer support could not fix or refund.
I installed your eSIM but upon arrival didn’t work in spite of several messages with your help center
Had to install another eSIM from another provider
Asked for a refund after giving up and never received it
The eSim doesn’t work. Customer support dose the minimum and kept saying wait 20 min and not answer any questions. Complete waste of money.
Barely any service. Mtc paired with Vodafone and had no coverage for 8 days. A total waste of money and time.
There was no connections at all!

This product is not supported by iPhone 15 Pro Max.
I downloaded MontyeSIM , got the email verification code, they sent the QR Code to my « junk folder » (which was ironic), and after contacting support and trying to scan the code, the error message clearly said that MontyeSIM is not supported on iPhone 15.
How is that even possible? 🤦🏻♂️
