This game is getting like gangs they join to a big Alliances and if you not join to them they just attacking you alliance or they make you to live the game that is call bullying you must have the option to report those people when they attack you because they can just to get point’s. They attack you everyday even you not attack back they just coming for the weakness players just to get point’s

Sugestión please make the option to leave one planet or send the ones getting to much cp with other people who is equal match to fight them back or split them out every certain time to avoid gangs on this game, is not fun when one guy who got the power to do bullying to other players 10 15 or more come to attack you

Developer is manufacturing false five-star reviews. This game is highly unbalanced and they don’t care, just a money grab. Im sure this rating, like many others, will be taken down as they can’t stand to be called out for their terrible developing. They take your hero exp and they reduce them to zero, every single season. Cater to the rich and their customer service is non existent. They have done zero to help the players, like before, just a money grab. The false five-star reviews started popping up when I told them I was going to rate them one star. Sad really, check out the reviews folks and look at how blatantly obvious the five-star reviews are. Stick with clash of clans, they actually balance the game and don’t allow one person to crush a whole clan. Also, you can upgraded things for a whopping one percent increase and then the buildings look the same from level one to 100. Pathetic developing and pathetic customer service

As has been stated, there is plenty to do when you start the game. You almost can’t stop upgrading the first month or so then, everything slows down. Just as you get settled in good they also change the way the game is played and rest you back to zero experience on your heroes. Not to mention you are given tasks to kill pirate ships that no one on the game is strong enough to kill and customer service says this is not a mistake.
Everything is designed to get you to spend more and more money (unless you are from Hong Kong apparently) the alliances based in Hong Kong are typically twice as strong as any other alliance.
My advice is don’t waste your time and money on this game.

First off the game isn’t what’s in the screenshots at all (this is more of like a kings of Avalon game style), second you buy hero’s as to make you able to attack and withstand attacks (some of my alliance members spent hundreds of dollars) and the dev team changed the hero’s attributes to make them basically useless as well as stripped players of items due to a glitch they caused (some people bought these items with real money, and they stripped them of these items and gave them in game currency). I wondered why I am in planet 13 and only a few planets below mine but now I understand because they have to combine planets due to players leaving. I highly do NOT recommend this as it truly is a scam.

There’s no support from any developer of this game. Planet 99 is a disaster because of FHZ Alliance. Players under this alliance makes a lot of players quit this game. TrollHunter are sending fake nude photos to different discord of alliance and pressuring players to give up and quit. Most of the spenders already quit because of this player so they can sell their account to new players. Hope developers check this as this is bad for this game. There’s a lot of racial, sexism and discrimination going on in the chat. FHZ is bad for this game and most of their players are threatening players not to return to play especially if the player is spenders. Hope Developers will check it.

Couldn’t play as the game loaded into what I can only assume is a glitch. Couldn’t complete anything once loaded. Ex: ‘repair road’ (x3), ‘build apartment’, or ‘build: wind turbine’. Watched a few gameplay videos online to see if I was just oblivious and missing something but none of the videos I watched started the gameplay the way mine did. I can only assume the game glitched for some reason on the first time loading and continued every load after.

Wow a game I finally loved and put many hours in suddenly became the most frustrating piece of crap game with one update. Season 2 is awful. In addition it’s impossible to get support for this game online. For example when season 2 started and everything got reset, something broke as part of my raider job. Level 10 gets you slow production saving 30 mins on a lot of stuff. Ever since the update it’s red and says level 10 settler required, but I’m a raider 3 at level 39. This has crippled my workflow and is frustrating because I should have that benefit. Let me just say I’m so glad I didn’t spend money on this game.

Just started the game. I’m on Chapter 1, I’ve fixed exactly 1 bridge. After that, it took me back to the map area for Chapter 1 and shows me another broken bridge in the desert, with a few rocks nearby. I tap on the broken bridge, nothing happens. The road, nothing. The rocks, nothing. The desert, nothing. I get a big bouncing yellow arrow above the objective “Level Land: Repair Roads (0/1)” in the bottom left corner. I tap on it, it takes me to a whole list of objectives; I tap on the same “Level Land” objective at the top of the list, it takes me back to the broken bridge on the map. I tap on the broken bridge again, still nothing. No new icons or buttons pop up; I zoom out, I zoom in, I tap like a madman all over the road and surrounding desert. Nothing.

What an infuriating waste of time. Opened BuildMaster thinking I’d try and relax with a puzzle game, just to get more frustrated than I was when I started. Now looking through more of the reviews I find that it’s not just a simple puzzle game, they had to add some community building gimmick and cooldowns to try and get you to spend money. I’ve never been more happy to uninstall an app in my life.

This game can be fun, but it is impossible to have a good base without spending money. People outside of the US have cheaper prices and therefore are able to grow stronger quicker. They then dictate the whole game, and it’s impossible to ever catch up without spending hundreds of dollars. I play with friends, but it feels like half the time is just doing whatever the biggest alliance that spent the most money wants. There is no equaling dynamic, so each planet pretty much turns into a dictatorship. It’s too bad, because it’s a fairly fun game.

First, like so many others, I downloaded the game thinking it was a bridge building game, but it’s more like a space/planet colonization game. It is somewhat complicated to find “places” you need to go to build up your teams and every now and then you get lucky to tap on the right building or part of an icon and then you’re exploring a new area… Lastly, and the reason for this review: the game crashes every 10 to 20 minutes on my iPad… not fun.
Also, there is a “requirement” to fight pirate ship 3 times, but the ship only “appears” at certain times of the night and of the day and never on the weekend, so due to my working hours I am either asleep or at work and cannot partake in this “requirement”. These tasks need to be made a available for other times and weekends as well.

I have had way too many issues during the gameplay. Would accomplish the tasks required and would not get credit (and therefore no rewards). The recruitment hero is the worst. Supposedly, you should get orange hero every 90 tickets used. That’s not the case at all. I have used 270 tickets over the last few weeks and have not gotten the 3 orange heroes. Another issue, when you send message to customer service in chat, there is zero response. In the last week, I have sent 5 messages and not a single response to any of them. Lastly, the game walk through supplied in the chat is pretty much useless. It’s link to website that only provides the most basic of information. There are no updates with the “season changes” or any information about how to play the game or what to do when! Avoid the game if you don’t want to buy your way to a level to keep up or even be competitive with other players!!!

Let me first say that I have been playing this game for a month or so it is fun. But the advertisement I received was about building bridges. However when you play the game you don’t build any bridges, it’s more of a build a city, Army kind of war game.
Now the in app purchase price is also misleading, if you pay something it says $25 or example all the way threw check out. But but charge me 38$? This game will rob you blind with the in app purchases if your not careful.
In app purchases are quite expensive compared to many other games and is setup that way to encourage you purchase.
So my one star is because the game is fun, but the game takes a loooooot of time very time consuming, overcharges for in app purchases, expensive shields oh and you can never get a response from them.

The game can be very addicting and enjoyable; however, you quickly learn that it is a massive money grab. In order to be even halfway decent at it, you have to spend A LOT of money. On top of that, the game falsely advertises what you purchase since they reset many of the things you pay into back to zero which means you effectively paid for nothing and lose your money entirely. Google play and Apple need to step in and shut this game down. They’re essentially stealing from people.

I’m literally stuck on level three I have asked for help within the game and everyone else seems to be able to do what I am trying to do. I’m trying to upgrade my headquarters from a level three to a level four I have three of five #DATA chips and cannot do anything more, I am on number 25 in the expeditions and can’t go any further. It tells me to complete chapter 3, which is upgrading my headquarters to a level four, but cannot acquire any data chips. I cannot click on the globe to fight sandworms or pirates because it wants me to build the radar which I can’t do without a Le-Vel headquarters, which I can’t upgrade because I only have three of five #DATA chips and cannot get anymore. Everything is upgraded including my characters. I’m literally stuck on level three and cannot move forward. This is a bit ridiculous.

Beware! This game is a pure money grab. It is clickbait and it deteriorates quickly. This game looks like you will build bridges and yet morphs into a weird “war” game. It doesn’t really have an identity other than the one imposed by the players that have played the longest or spent the most. Yet, there is no catchup to the more senior players…they will forever dictate your gameplay, even if you just enjoyed the tasks like feeding the cows and ostriches (remember war game 😂). Some players like, Team 1 from the UNG alliance, consider themselves the world police, though Team 1 is simply a harassing bully. Some players however are great but the entire social experience replicates a Lord of the Flies form of leadership so again, your gameplay and monetary contributions to the game developers swimming in their money bin will only suffer while you forever remain an inferior junior player. Your only hope is the senior players finally give up after doing the same tasks daily for months and realize their financial or temporal investment is outrageous and then quit allowing you to move up before you realize the same thing.

The game is full of empty servers and people with psychopathic tendencies. Yeah, it’s a war game, but this doesn’t mean people should be nasty and manipulative. Some tips to anyone starting this game for the first time… 1) the game is absolutely nothing like the ads or photos. 2) it’s a “farming” game that always has something to work on, so the progress feels satisfying 3) if you’re not happy with the server you start on, quit immediately and start over on a less toxic server. 4) every server dies out, so after 3-4 months don’t be surprised when more than half the players are gone. DEVELOPERS! We have complained for months that you do nothing to bring new players to the earlier servers. It’s ridiculous how you allow the old servers to whittle down to nothing, while you send new players to newly created servers. STOP creating new servers! Bring new players to the CURRENT SERVERS. (Edit: they finally decided to merge servers but they are merging FULL servers #10 with empty ones in 4-9. RIDICULOUS. Merge 3 at a time like you did with 1,2,3 already! Requesting a refund for my purchases. Devs you need to start listening to us, we are paying players & your changes are not helping anyone only hurting us).

Not at all the game that is advertised or described in BuildMaster Store. It’s still kinda fun so I’ve kept playing, but I have advanced to a point in the game where bridge building is literally non-existent. It’s been at least a week since I’ve had to do anything of the sort. The game is basically just a typical Battle Royale game with a different theme, and the occasional bridge building mini-game. Also the bridge building levels I did play were (from a physics standpoint) cartoonish at best, utterly nonsensical at worst. As an engineer, this game is about as far from a simulation game as you can get.

You’ll probably download this game because you saw an ad and want to build bridges. You probably won’t be terribly surprised to find out building bridges is hardly part of the actual gameplay. I’ve been giving this a shot anyway and I honestly don’t even know why I’m doing the things I’m doing in the game. Upgrade this! Train that! Buy this! Harvest wood! The game may make sense for you if you want this type of thing but what it smells like to me is that I was brought in for something and given something else - all of which serves the explicit purpose of getting me to fork over actual cash.

firstly, if any users are looking for an actual bridge building game, the game your looking for is a website (it works on mobile) and you can look it up on Google to find it.

this game shows a bridge building game, the ads show it, which you see sometimes, but I have never seen an app that was so misleading that it shows the gameplay images and EVEN BuildMaster ICON as a different game (it is a minigame in BuildMaster, but you see it very sparsely). if I get a developer response like most of the other reviews, take not that your game is rated badly because you are dicepting people. Space flight simulator is a very specific game in what you do, but there is a large community behind it, this game could of had that.

The game charged me twice for purchases and then I got a refund on the second charge only to have the game give me negative resources, despite still getting paid on the initial transaction. Now I can’t do anything with my account from an upgrade standpoint. Be careful. They fraudulently charge you for purchases and then take it out on you when you catch the illegal activity and lock your account from growth by putting you in the negative by such a margin you can’t get out of it from normal game play. And the customer service button just doesn’t work and there’s no way to talk to anyone in customer service about the issues. At least Apple got me my money back on the incorrectly charged purchases.

I do not advise this game. ***FRAUD*** The only way to gain influence and be effective is to spend money. Once you spend money they start FRAUDULENTLY billing you. Refund request were denied and I finally reported them as fraud to my credit card company. I was finally refunded only after reporting it as fraud, the game immediately took actions against me in retaliation for requesting a refund for something I didn’t purchase. This includes removing assets in the game from past purchased items and personally accrued items. So not only did they illegally bill me, but they retroactively retaliated against me REMOVING previously purchased assets. So they STOLE FROM ME AND WILL STEAL FROM YOU. THEY FRAUDULENTLY BILLED ME AND WILL DO THE SAME TO YOU. I am NOT the only person in the game that complains about customer service and fraudulent billing. This game is a joke. Do NOT purchase anything or you should expect fraud charges to appear. And don’t say anything if you’re illegally billed or they will delete everything you ever purchased and prevent you from playing the game. This game is set up to force you to purchase items in the game then once you start purchasing stuff, they have you. They WILL steal and bill you illegally. The game should be removed from BuildMaster Store. ***FRAUD***

I started playing this game and it was actually fun, i played 16 hours and I finally made a clan and people joined and everyone was helping each other out. We are going to attack a monument. Well the next morning when I logged on, I was in a new clan… I wasn’t the leader I was in a completely different clan. I look on the map and it moved me to a different location from where i originally started. When I looked at where my base used to be my entire clan was still there but I wasn’t apart of it and I couldn’t move back or join as the new leader is an inactive bot. I’m very upset and disappointed. I reached out to the admins and haven’t received any response. Don’t waste your time and money.

It starts off with forced tutorial like ever game except this one drags on and on…followed by a period of time with many fun but repetitive events. Then you start seeing the rankings and realize quickly that if you don’t have deep pockets (and I say this with no hate toward the Asian community) you will be farmed and for some reason the Asians in my experience like to use lots of money become number 1 and then go around and attack everyone everyday and the only time you have any piece is when you have a shield on which you have to use alliance contribution to purchase or 600 amethysts. This server has been out a little over 2-3 weeks and the discrepancy is huge.

The ads and the store page for BuildMaster are so misleading. First you have to spend a lot of money to build your base at a reasonable rate. Then other players and alliances can attack you when you are offline and take things you spent actual money on obtaining. At the beginning of each season (about a month) they reset all your characters to 0 so you have to spend time and money building them back up. Don’t download this if you are looking for a fun little game where you build a city. This isn’t it. It’s a cash grab from the developers, and the people that spend a lot more than you do will destroy you. There are constant windows that pop up asking you to spend money to buy items. The gameplay could have been fun if it did what they actually advertise. Find a different game to play.

I downloaded Build Master expecting a bridge-building game, as advertised. However, after the first week, there were no more bridges to build. The game then shifts into an expensive war game that is pay-to-play if you want to remain competitive.

The game is also very glitchy, especially in the chat. After spending thousands of dollars meeting criteria to migrate, the game glitched and wouldn't allow 3 of the 5 servers to migrate. This imbalance created two overpowered worlds, while the other three lost players and became non-competitive.

Several players, including myself, reached out for weeks but received no response from the developers. This has completely ruined our significant investments in the game. It’s clear the developers don't care about their players. Avoid this game.

STAY AWAY!!!!! Bait and switch!!!! 1-2 Uber players can kill and entire planet of 400 players. In my planet there are over 400 dead accounts!!! Unless you have some bucks to throw at this game, don’t play. The attack/defense logistics are such that you have to do understand not how troop numbers, but troop levels and their attack/defense play, as well as attack/and defense buffs within research can help. Same goes for hero’s on attack/defense where you have hero rank and level. So someone with 2,000 troops can defeat your 20,000 troops and then move on to 10 other alliance members and do the same without a refresh (if I could post pic I would). So two members from another alliance can completely destroy an alliance. On top of that they can build “subways” and instead of having to travel 3 hours to reach you, they can reach you in 5 min. PAY TO PLAY. You’ve been warned! Oh and most of the 5 star reviews seem to be fake!

If I could give zero I would. I absolutely loved the game and even made in-app purchases regularly but then I had to dispute a charge because it charged me incorrectly and there was no way I found in BuildMaster to address it. I was still going to keep making purchases because I figured it was just an error since I had already had so many purchases that didn’t have any issue but when I logged back into my account I realized that my gems (used to purchase supplies) had been put at negative 32,255 which would take me at least a month to correct! They literally retaliated against me because THEY charged me wrong! I looked online and I am not the only person this has happened to! This completely crippled me in the game for a refund that was needed because of their mistake. SCAM!!! Also it is not a game about bridges at all, that is just a mini game that gets less challenging as it goes on…other aspects made up for that part for me but that is also deceiving of them so I figured I would share that fact as well.

I have had an account for a long time now. It was opened up on a work email address when it was first opened. I had to do this due to issues I had at the time with the account I originally set up with my personal email address. I tried to get help then, but nobody responded. About a month ago, I started experiencing glitches in the game. I tried reaching out for assistance. I heard nothing back. I read online that if you go to settings, you can select device clean up. This will sometimes fix issues. There is a note in that section that says this may solve some in game problems. I did so. When I tried to set things back up, I realized that the game was set up under my work email address. June 1, I started a new job and no longer have that email address. This issue happened a few days after. I immediately tried reaching the developer and continue to try to do so via Discord. No response. I was told to reach out via the in-game customer service option. I have been reaching out daily. No response.

My issue is that I want to be able to access the game on my iPad. I can only access it on my phone right now. I need someone to reach out to me to help address this situation.

For whatever it is worth, I actually enjoy the game. The issue is as of this time, there has been ZERO support.

Zero support. When problem comes up you out of luck. Almost thinking of charging it back. Very bad support, game system doesn’t work half the time. You are not building bridges. It’s a manipulation factor. If you see this review, I’d suggest you take a second thought and find something else. Most people are on multi worlds feeding themselves gems. Nothing you can do to keep up with it. Cause they have the stash in gems built up. They create price chats and share from one account to other account and then act all big and bad . I watched them bully someone right out. And this guy spend wacko money and couldn’t keep up with the gems they was getting daily.
You get hate speech in game. There’s no report button. You are basically in a world with no rules. But keep spending

I will say this game is addicting and used to be fun. but the last two updates, they have taken away certain things from the people who dont spend alot of $$. Like the "claim all" button for your radar.. you have to be a certain VIP level to get that and it can take you a couple months just to go up one level if you don't spend money... they also made it to where all of a sudden you are weaker than the day before. You spend all this time trying to build your troops and heros up to get stronger, then BAM game updates and you are 200% WEAKER in your attack and defense. If you are not in a strong alliance, other people will raid you every day. If you don't want to spend a lot of money on the game, then I would not suggest this one. Everything cost money if you want to try to move up. and it's not cheap. The game is set up for you to lose or spend money.

This game has some serious flaws. Come season 5 and you could be paired with your enemies on the same "team". Then beware they can create dummy alliances and jump around and take all the territory.

This is a serious flaw. If your alliance has no land you can be scattered, you can't teleport to your leader or team, and you have no hope for any points or any growth.

There should be a limit to alliance jumping, and a cool down clock. There should be rewards for players who are constantly attacked. You can spend 8 days healing troops and lose them in 60 seconds. Being bullied and destroyed the minute you try to do anything should come with some game advantage to give the underdogs a chance.

Don't buy packs on this game unless you have money to blow, at some point you may encounter these flaws and the game will no longer be enjoyable.

I am posting this here because the devs never answer a single message in the game and there is no way to actually give any input to the developers.

Fix this game so it is fun again. Fix the unfair advantage gap. Fix the ability to jump alliances and teleport or speed anywhere. Allow a team to gather at their leader even without territory. These design flaws allow bully teams to have an advantage.

The first clue that this game would have flaws should have been that there is no way to contact support.

Have played this game for a while. The bridge building draws you in but you stay for the rest. Have spent over 100k in the game since it’s started and I’m not ashamed..

However the game recently introduced a filtering system which makes communication almost impossible. There was no warning it was being implemented and it feels like it’s in a beta phase. Certain profanities are blacked out and yet the same word can be shown if written in a different context. What’s worse is that random normal words appear to be blacked out also.

What’s frustrating is that there should always be a choice for people to opt in or opt out of filters such as this. Part of the joy of playing this game is the ability to have freedoms to communicate the way you want to without worrying about what’s being censored.. it has gotten to the point where organising anything in the alliance is difficult. There needs to be changes made quick to ensure users have a option in the settings to disable this annoying beta filter or the developers will find a lot of the people leaving including yours truly…

The bridge building is a scam to lure people to the game. The game is an empire builder clan based war game. Why don’t they just advertise that? It take a LOT of $$$ to be strong and progress in this game. If you ftp this one, you’ll simply be destroyed by the big guys. You’re lucky if the big clan lets you in. Take advantage of the protection. But in the end, the bridge building, which is why people join in the first place, goes away. It was only a small segment of the game anyway, and insignificant if not completely irrelevant.

The new crystals portion of the game has made it almost unplayable. It’s not interesting.

It’s almost like they took the original game creators and replaced them.

Anyway, if you get in the social aspect of the game, you’ll probably stay on longer than you’d like. That’s always the thing with these games. You develop a relationship with strangers, and it keeps you coming back.

Quit early and be done with this game, or simoly ignore it. It’s not what they advertise and it becomes boring.

Game is completely non-functional at latest upgrade. Will not run the new player sequence at all to allow accounts to relink. Support is non-responsive. Any money spent in game is a complete waste. The community you build with other players is amazing but the lack of support makes it nearly impossible to play.

Update: After three days of hearing nothing from customer service. I wiped factory reset with an iCloud restore. The game still wouldn’t allow me to link my account. So another reset this time without restoring from iCloud and the game would finally install and launch properly to give me the ability to reconnect my account. There is clearly some shoddy iOS development happening here but they don’t care and are not interested in fixing the issues at all.

This game is probably one of the best games I’d ever played and is extremely easy to spend money on. … until here we are months in and literally thousands invested thousands!a glitch happened with my purchase account and the game took back diamonds from my account putting it at negative 400k diamonds and not able to upgrade my buildings . The customer service that’s the only available communication with game go figure does not work at all. So here I am stuck not being able to play a game that I’ve invested thousands upon thousands in with zero communication from game makers . Not a way to treat customers that spend this kind or any kind of money for that matter supporting your game . Let alone the almost 20 active players I have brought to the game that also invest money into the game . You can’t offer services get payed for them then revoke them and have zero communication with them . Please be carefull the amount of money you invest here as for its looking like I’m out almost 5 figures ! With zero ways to address issue!

Game was fun and for that reason I gave 2 stars instead of one. You will quickly resent the developers of this game. It is extremely difficult to progress in this game without spending hundreds or even thousands of dollars. Only wealthy players will be at the top. Its more about how much money you can spend than actual skill. I am at a point in the game where I need gold medals to upgrade my heroes and after doing the math I would need to spend over $30,000 to do this. Yes 30 thousand dollars!! Good luck keeping up with those who can spend money like there is no tomorrow. Especially good luck trying to get customer service to respond back to you. You probably have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting a customer service rep to respond to you. You will also need to win the lottery to be successful in this game lol. There is no number to call, no email, and no social media to contact them. They abandoned their discord and email. To the MarsVille team: You should be ashamed of yourself. Stop being so greedy and make game play fun for all, not just the wealthy. This will be your downfall….,

I adore this game, been playing for over a year now. I’m on my 4th planet, keep restarting to keep enjoying it and meeting people.

I’m finally getting to the point I might just delete the game. I’ve spent a decent amount on this game, but the most recent update and the amount of troops killed doing normal stuff is insane. Can’t build up your army at all without spending anymore and that’s ridiculous. One enemy buster day and my troops have been completely depleted instead of just needing to be healed. They take forever to make a small amount and the only way to compete at all is to waste speed ups and spend money.

If they don’t correct this update they’ll be losing so many newer players or older players enjoying a new planet.

I like the game but I don’t see it lasting to much longer alliances are having to drop people every couple days cause players just quit getting on very bad glitches translation doesn’t work no way to report bad players who Harass you everything cost to much, chats are bad ect I would love to keep playing but I can’t travel planets & start over unless I create a whole new profile and on planet 82 my alliance is already 8 on power & kills so I would hate to start over if I would I I would quit playing because it’s just not worth starting over plus this game has ALOT OF FAKE LYING BACKSTABBERS edit to add it doesn’t even have that many bridge puzzles in it which is why I signed up I hate the war part of it im in 267 & barley get to do bridges now :(

I saw an ad for a game where you were able to build bridges for trucks to go across. It reminded me of a game that I played as a kid, so I was intrigued and downloaded it. This game is very different from that, so the advertisement was deceiving. That is just a mini game within the game, and it’s far and few between with the levels. This game becomes very confusing very quickly. There are so many different components and parts to it that I only play a fraction of what is offered. It’s a fun game despite the deceiving ad. The game also glitches often. It lags, quits itself and makes my phone overheat at times. UPDATE: probably deleting this game. There are teams on here that bully smaller game players for fun which makes game play annoying. If you’re not looking to fight wars and attack others, beware you’ll be targeted if your team members attack someone else. I’ve lost so many resources as a bystander because of issues other players started. There’s also no way to report players for inappropriate playing or bullying that I’ve been able to find so the game is a free for all. I’m on here to enjoy majority of the other features. Most teams also delete you if you don’t play everyday so you end up alone often if you don’t keep up daily.

I thought this was just a simple game from the in game ads, but it has a storyline. The concept is good, but there is too much going on with upgrading and limited direction to what to do next to advance. After the first couple of levels you’re tasked to disarm several bombs in about 2 to 3 hours so you’re forced to keep playing. I deleted at level 20 with 3 more bombs to disarm and no idea how many more levels I’d have to do to get the codes. Probably would have played longer if it wasn’t for the timer.

This game has two main problems.

First, the gameplay is nothing like the ads suggest. While the gameplay is interesting, this leads to the second problem.

The second problem is that the game pushes in app purchases pretty hard. While I understand, the developer needs to make money from the game, not only does it have ads everywhere, but it also pushes the in app purchases, which I refuse to do.

If the game were more balanced, and it looked like the ads suggested, I might be amenable to paying for no ads or something like that. However, because of the above two problems, I was unwilling to spend any money on the game, and eventually uninstalled it.

Basically wasted two hours of my life. I cant progress any further because It needs me to upgrade a hero monument to get to chapter 4. The hero monument is in an area surrounded by uncultivated land that doesn’t unlock til chapter 8. You have to build a road connecting everything to each structure. I cant upgrade without the road and I can get the road to connect without upgrading the structure. Tried everything looking through all things but the game is the literally most confusing mobile game ever. I was hoping it wouldn't be some cash grab game because I had no pop up ads but it eases you into spending money after you play for hours and I could already tell that the more you get into the game the more you have to spend actual money to enjoy it. The game is deceiving, bugged, unbalanced, confusing and unplayable. And if any of you D list influencers are reading any of these reviews you should be ashamed for promoting and sponsoring a game you wouldn't even play yourself. I will deleting the game and to spare yourself from writing a frustrating review I do hope you look at the reviews. Also side note the stars of the reviews don't match all endless 1-2 star reviews so there is something not right here.

As of two days ago there was changes made on how various tasks work. We no longer able to take our experience that we earn and level up our heroes sits in storage when you go to your hero to level them up nothing happens and it gives you an option to go back to feeling orders to produce experience but once again, not allowing you to use the experience to level up your heroes. Why have the developers done this and why was there no message sent abroad to everyone about all the changes did you please advise about all the changes in the last couple times a lot of players are ready to leave

A couple of days ago I downloaded BuildMaster and the first day was amazing! Everything about it caught my eye and I had so much fun with the story and the characters. Yesterday afternoon I tried to get on and everything was lagging. I would move the joystick up and to the left and my character would turn in that direction but not go anywhere. It was like the character was doing the running man. Went into the in app chat to ask if other players were having the same issue and at least four different countries were dealing with this. This slows everything down. It’s super frustrating not being a let to play a game that lags and glitches but offers you in app purchases. Why would I spend any money that I work so hard to get on an app that lags and glitches? App needs a serious update !

There is no way to get in touch with anyone about anything. I’m trying to figure out what happened to the smasher tank parts that is not longer available for me? It’s slowly starting to feel like another pay to play game. I’m in one of the top alliances in my planet and the points for VS don’t seem to be adding correctly for me. Just really frustrated that there’s literally no one to report anything to for this game. The website just tells you to download the game. Everything online says join the discord. I don’t feel I should to have to join the discord to report in game problems. There should be a spot in game for you so that. The customer service chat box in game is useless as the only thing it keeps giving you in gameplay manual. I know how to play the game.

This game was fun to play at one point, but the developers keep making changes. They are only interested in top players who spend thousands of dollars. Do NOT download. It is a waste of your time in its current state. All your hard work will go away when they make a change. I beg you. Do not spend money on this game. I made the mistake. If you plan to spend money then make sure you spend $3,000 dollars to even stand a chance playing the game. The power gap between an average player and the top is absolutely absurd.

Just advertise the game for what it is mostly about. It’s a decent game once you get into it. I understand challenges should be a little difficult, but truck in trouble 37 is insanely stupid. Even with the blueprint and video to complete it, most of us can’t and when I say most of us can’t, 95% can’t pass it. That radar challenge will be the reason I quit the game. If you guys are listening, just take that challenge out, give us gifts for the amount of time we’ve wasted on it and apologize to us for putting that in the game in the first place. 2 stars because as soon as you reach level 30, you have to pay to play to get anywhere. Im knocking 3 stars off because of level 37.

This game was advertised as a bridge building game. It seems that way at first, which I was totally on board with. (Parents beware) that is not the case. This is actually a war game with tanks and other things. When I downloaded it I thought It was really neat, it had cool characters and a fun little story line and everything else, but when you get finished disarming the rocket for the base and you start to find an alliance. You learn really quickly that this is NOT a kids game at all. When it comes to talking to other people and alliances everything is on the table. No holds bard. Everything goes. Gaming language, sexual language, cussing, Language does not matter, and nothing is censored. Besides the language, it is and can be a fun game however, when you get to a certain point in the game you have to start paying to play to progress. Which becomes EXTREMELY expensive.

So the game is pretty addicting once you download it and start playing. However, after a bit it’s not about bridge building anymore. Which is what all the ads are pointed towards. The first bit of it includes some bridge building but also includes a lot of battling with different characters against enemies while also building your own territory. I got it for the bridge building but kept playing because it was still pretty entertaining but after a couple days and getting to stage 122 there’s literally no bridge building like in the ads anymore. It’s just drawing a line to get a truck across or battling with your characters and building your territory. Also the bridge building they show in ads is nothing like the bridge building they do in the game. Its completely different. I’d say don’t bother downloading. I did enjoy how addicting it was for a couple days but it really doesn’t give what the ads present. If you want bridge building, find a different game.

The game presents itself as having to primarily solve building challenges. This, however, is quite misleading. The game originally had some level of building challenges, but as you progress, these building challenges have now been replaced by just having your heroes fight enemies. The game is in its second season, and it’s nothing but a war game at this point between alliances using your tanks to fight each other and attack opposing bases, tiles, etc. The only “building” is leveling up bases using resources, not actually solving any challenges that require problem solving and figuring out solutions. I think most of us that have stuck around are mainly for social reasons along with feeling like we have too much invested to just walk away from the game. I do not recommend joining the game at this point. Anyone new will be at a huge disadvantage and the game does not allow success without being in a strong alliance.

I love this game. I have made some great friends along the way and there’s a lot you can do. It takes a bit to learn everything about the game, but there are many people who are willing and able to help. If you have any issues at all with your account or need to speak with customer service in general, good luck. Customer service is impossible to contact. I have an account that I had to give up because there was a glitch and I tried to reach out to Customer Service for several weeks. I put a lot of money into this account and had I ended up losing it. The only way to reach Customer Service would probably be through leaving a bad review to be honest. Otherwise, the game is great.

I’ve been doing well in game until the past few updates. I’ve been reaching out to customer service for 2 weeks because my hero battlefield will not give me any attempts each reset causing me to lose out on tons of rewards. The game screen barely loads, you have to keep zooming in and out to be able to see things. And one of my tank parts won’t let me upgrade it even though I clicked quality up. It’s one thing after the other with no responses and it’s extremely frustrating to play a game for months, spend money on it, and no assistance for the players when an issue arises.

This is a very fun game that keeps me occupied and interested to achieve the next levels. What’s more interesting is there is new seasons of things to accomplish. It’s very entertaining, the only thing I dislike about this game is I can’t listen to music while playing. My Bluetooth headphones only connect to my phone and my phone is my primary device for listening to music, the game has a very irritating sound theme that I keep off. There is no reason why the developers should be able to overcome this, several other games I have I can mute the in app music and sounds to be able to listen to what I want to. If not for this I might have given 5 stars.

The game is newer and has some glitches, but it’s still enjoyable. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it really needs better moderation in the various chat rooms.

I was placed onto a map where the same few people are constantly making vulgar, racist, ableist, and/or xenophobic attacks on others in “world chat” or private messages to players. Yet, if they make a dozen such remarks or if multiple people make similar remarks, the game prevents a player from making more than one report of one comment by one person.

There is also no evidence of automated chat bans, so these same people bully dozens of other players consistently.

Further, there is a limit to how many players can be blocked to hide such messages, and the limit is not high enough to block this same cluster of people.

I give such detail as it’s likely a common issue, sadly.

So at first playing the game I got addicted mostly cause it’s “clickbait”… upgrading the heroes building my base it was very cool the designs were awesome but the game isn’t what you advertised after you’ve done your tasks and upgraded your heroes there’s nothing else to do but wait… we don’t have constant fights anymore the update changed the way you collect items… you get a load of data chips now.. but now the wood and stone process is low… when we upgrade the heroes you only give us 3 a day or more if we upgrade the settlement… and then now it takes longer to gather wood and rocks.. this game needs more things to play I like the game but the way it’s heading looks like it’s not gonna be around for long if you don’t give us more stuff to do than build our settlement and gather coins and minerals… you even changed the way we upgrade heroes and now it’ll take even longer so idk please give us more stuff to do or I’m a drop it.. not gonna spend money on a game that limits my play.. especially a game that got my attention most hours soo please fix

After the game updated, all my heros went back to 1 star after I've spent money to upgrade them. If this is going to keep happening then there's no reason to keep playing the game and spending money. Now I have to rebuild each hero. That's not right. Heros should be able to keep their rank. I get you have to make money but at the same time we shouldn't have to keep building our gross after each update. You can make money in other ways.

The ads I seen for this game are so very misleading. This is a power game where you build up troops and defend yourself. Not a building game like the video ads said they were. Even the pictures on the page are not the game. That being said, it is however still an okay game if you’re into these genres.

I only wanted to download this game because I saw a lot of ads where they build bridges and it seemed very mindless/easy. However I opened it up and there’s a lot more to it and you don’t even build bridges like advertised after a while. I don’t mind the game but it’s definitely not as advertised. It’s more of a long term useless game used to scam young kids out of their rich parents money. Imagine charging $50 for a dumb game package.

Preview showed a bridge building game. Downloaded to play that. Played for 30 minutes, never saw a bridge to interact with. There’s a knockoff Mario and he can apparently survive on Mars without a spacesuit before the bubble is built over the colony. His boss seems to be straight out of her telemarketing day job. Pretty good cutscenes for a free game, but as I said in the description, not as advertised. Gameplay is pretty decent, so I gave it 3 stars.

I have two accounts in game and increasingly the glitches in both have gotten very bad - in my one account our alliance was unable to participate in an event because of glitches meaning we lost out on rewards, tiles gains and advancement. In my other I can’t seem to access rewards that say they are present. In both accounts I try the customer service chat options but have yet to receive an answer regarding the account that lost out in Star Wars event rewards or the other where I inquire about silver recruitment tickets and how or when we can use them?

The glitches and lack of customer service response is making question whether I can keep playing and I spend a fair amount in the game.

This game is a lot of fun! I am hooked to say the least… my one complaint that has become more and more frustrating is the inability to listen to Apple Music/spotify while playing… I never write reviews, and want to continue playing, but the dead silence while running BuildMaster is killing me! Please add/fix this so I will continue playing, like I said the game I highly recommend! Also. An update to the games chat interface (maybe even gif additions) would be super fun

Don’t get it twisted, this is a game designed to profit from the player, just about everything is behind a paywall. But that’s doesn’t make the game any less enjoyable. I could spend hours doing task after task.

I do wish there were more guides though. Everything is clear enough, but I still don’t really know why I’m trying to achieve certain things, or explain better what upgrading certain things do.

Before the upsate the game would run completely fine but now after the update I’m just stuck on the loading screen

Just gotta say love the game, been on and off it due to work/stuff going on in life but overall have kept it in my games section of my phone and love to play it and get into it.
No complaints or concerns from me here just would think it be cool to have sort of a catalog of all your game modes available as an option, I understand seASŌnal game modes & all and how you guys rotate thru the game modes from time to time. I just don’t think I see the “touchdown” game mode often enough, that one is one of my favorite and It warrants a spot along side 2v2 game mode as an option. Keep doing what your doing supercell you’re awesome overall, thank you for this great game!

When ever I play this game and do battle mode I have all legendary cards on my deck but the other people who play against me win with only common cards! Also for me, whenever I do battle mode it is always win, then lose and win, and lose how is that even fair I can’t even get to arena eleven with all that stuff happening! Supercell, all I’m asking for you to do is put a new champion in arena ten so that I can win all of these battles or just put a champion that you already created in arena ten or at least every arena. My personal favorite champion is mighty miner because he is just like my favorite legendary card: inferno dragon

This game is fantastic if you do not have it I recommend it 100% it’s very fun mobile game if not the best mobile that I know but I just had this glitch we’re I’m stuck on the screen new Royale it’s just a cycle of it loading. you cannot click anything like the exit button and I closed app it goes straight back to the new Royale page still can’t click anything and I deleted it and redownload it guess what news Royale it the first screen I see when I get on the game please fix this because I can’t do nothing right now I was trying to get to arena 15 lol if y’all read this fix the problem and I would love for u y’all to recommend a deck for me that would absolutely amazing.

The game is alot if fun and I’ve been playing from the beginning. The grind isn’t too ridiculous like most games, especially after a few of their newer systems and items were implemented. My only issue is that at a certain point in the game, you don’t need most the magic items(wild cards, book of books, etc) because you’ve either maxed out your cards or are just waiting for gold. Can we either get more gems or banner box tickets in the seASŌn passes and trophy road? Or even make a market where we can sell off magic items for gems or tickets like in clash of clans.

First off, I absolutely love this game. I play it every day and I really enjoy it. However… I find it annoying that because I don’t spend money on my games, that it makes it much harder for me to be able to get to the next arena. Just a suggestion for the developers, you should matchmake people based off of their deck, not their king level. When I was in arena 5, it was almost impossible for me to get to arena 6 because I was fighting cards I couldn’t unlock till arena 11. I think this situation really needs to be fixed, but other than that this is a great game.

I am playing this game for many years and there one thing that makes this game so frustrating to play. Obviously the matchmaking algorithm is based on what cards can go against each other, and because of random card arrangements, your win and lose depends on the algorithm (not luck or skill, but the match making algorithm). It is obvious that when you have one or two win, your next opponent will have the best card arrangement to attack and defense while your card arrangement will be the weakest possible arrangement against your opponent. Therefore, you will be lose in no time, over and over. In this situation if you stop playing for 24hrs then there is a chance that you can have the right arrangement and might win the game.
Please, let us arrange our own cards for each game.

The game is awesome. It takes creativity to a whole new level. Its a multiplayer game where you join an alliance and help your neighbors. The building is very rewarding. Players get to create their own economy. Exploration is an actual thing so you dont feel like your rooted to your base. There is so many tasks, you will find yourself busy for hours. You can use alliance neighbors to speed up your productions. You can play F2p and be just fine. The devs need to do an update to allow 360 view and when your rallying, the shots make no sound.

Yeah, at first it’s a little weird but just play for about 30 minutes and trust me, you will be addicted. It gets hard after playing for about 5 hours which is nice because it really makes you think and doesn’t feel cheap/to easy. It’s also nice though that you get spawned in a new server if your a new player which allows you to grow with your server and not have a lot of high level people when you start that will probably raid your base just for fun once your shield deactivates.

I like the game and all but why do you have to replace the leaders just for them not being online for quite a while I loved my main leader so much and my main leader gets replaced by another one if you’re able to fix this well you don’t have to do this you know but I won’t really like the game anymore well well not like that but I Will really miss my old leader if you’re able to fix this and you’re kind enough art alliance is RBK our leader used to be named the lord of deer

3yrs and still logging in everyday. They keep bringing new content, trying changes, listening to the community to tweak any mistakes. There will always be people complaining, there are huge advantages for
big spenders but why wouldn’t a game favor someone spending $10k? I have spent times as f2p and times as spender and I think the big team aspect of this and all the rewards for regular activity make it one of the most f2p friendly games I have ever played.

I enjoy the game a lot, has a lot of fun in it. I have one request though, and that is to add a setting to get rid of the notification telling you your chest limit has been reached, as the last thing i need after a huge losing streak is a notification popping up for my chest spaces being full every time I click to play any mode. I know it’s not that big of a deal, just a quality of life kinda thing.

I love how you can gather food and stuff and also just about everything in the game The only thing I kinda want to say about the Game is that you know how I like when somebody attacks are City and the wall starts burning but One time I wasn’t playing the game and then I join back and the next thing I see is the city starts burning and I have to hold it down that’s the only thing I have to say

I could go for 40 minutes explaining how good this game is but I have a suggestion so as of now you can only message world, alliance, and single person chat, so I propose instead of just sending emails repeatedly you could create a custom chat with anyone, does not need to be everyone, that way if R4’s need to discuss about something they can use a chat. Anyway to end of I’d recommend this game to anyone I come across 10/10

I personally get bored of games easy and this games happens to have many things you can do cause I’ll be going back n forth on what game I should play , in this game you don’t have to worry about getting attacked straight off the bat instead you can build up you civilization and get progressed through the game without having to worry about anything 10/10 would recommend <3

Hi there , I am having trouble with my account. I have been playing a while now and up till now I’ve had no issues. I can not upgrade half of my buildings as well as problems with my amethyst gems . It shows I have -7k plus and because of it I can not purchase anything or claim the free items either. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times with no luck. Can you please help or advise me on how to fix these problems. Thank you

I like just all about the new updates coming out recently and the gameplay is going well, could I suggest you guys trying to add more ways to get legendary emotes , just feel like it’s not so fair you have to get them only the battle pass but I would very much recommend this game to anyone and looking forward to all the new content

I’ve played this game for sense it started, and it’s been great, some bugs here and there. But all and all it’s super cool😎 I’ve had a lot of fun with it... disclaimer (this game may Indus frustration and anger if you get frustrated easily) but other than that it’s super cool, fun, they update regularly, and it’s multi player! Fun with friends and family. Play at your own risk of obsession!!!

I have noticed that their are a lot of Polish Alliances and Polish people( I am one too). I think it would be a good idea to add a Polish faction because they have a rich culture and I know the perfect commander for them. A good commander would be Casimir who is the only king of Poland to recieve the title of “great”. He was a good king and even better on the battlefield. These are just some of my ideas. Again, GREAT GAME!

At first it would seem this would be just a builder clone. Collect resources and access new areas with ads thrown in.

It starts by collecting resources. Building things. Then farming. Then manufacturing. Then exploring. Then city building. Then alliances. Then trading. Then card collecting and upgrading.

That is all within a day of playing. The features are introduced in a fun and fluid way.

And……. No ads. No annoying pop ups. Nothing.

Spend a minute or 2 growing crops and bam, trade for more energy. Energy is a resource, but if you interact with game it is plenty. At least so far.

Hopefully the game will continue to be cool past the beginning elements. I have high hopes from what I’ve seen so far!!

I love the game. I am super addicted. But kinda lost on what to do all the time. Would love more advice on what to do in the later game. Would love to see when the new updates are gonna be released. I see how much the game is making. You guys are making a ton, not saying it’s a bad thing but you got all these people buying packs all over the world. I would love to see more guides for lvl 50 hq+.

What can I say great game not too Grindy fun to play on breaks during work and let me just say they knew what they were doing when they made the female character skins lol anyway five stars because it deserves it the game play is very addicting and fun and no buggyness or crashes lots of fun stages worth of game play so all together a well rounded game definitely worth the money I spend in game especially on the heros

I’ve been playing this game religiously for almost a year spent quite a bit of money always helping with game glitches and even brought a lot of people to play and keeping them playing. The game is so boring it’s crazy. You should make side games to do while waiting for war day. Should give us more ways to gain blue green and yellow crystals. I tried to be like an ambassador to the game and since I’ve brought so many people to play and keep them playing I’ve asked to have like a small sponsorship so I can at least give somewhat protection for my teammates. Please help

i’m actually very impressed with the graphics. Also the lack of ads I have greatly appreciate. This is the first game I downloaded in a long time that wasn’t Clickbait they didn’t fill my screen with ads also they never try to bait you into purchasing anything. I’m actually very shocked great job 👏🏾

This game is definitely not like it’s advertised, but it is a really fun game.
That is, if you stick with it and figure out what you’re doing and how to progress further faster.
It’s also a lot of fun if you join strong alliance and participate in the chat. I also really like that they divide everybody up on different planets and have the alliance chat. Having the smaller pool to communicate really leads to good community and a drive to continue playing. However, definitely NOT a bridge building game.
I’m not sure why they advertise that way. I think the wrong people are downloading the game. I think if it was advertised as what it is, it would get more people who would give better reviews.

the game is so so but to enjoy the game, u must have money. and the weekly destroying another camp is wrong because why waste money that we worked hard for to be destroyed just like that? and the energy of the players is purely evil, they lie and manipulate the team to do things for them. so for one to stay in this game, one should be thick faced, obnoxious liar and pathetic loser who finds thrill in fooling people. so just the same with yahoo messenger, this game and its developers should shut down: they are no good for humanity. plus they lure people into puzzle game of bridge building but towards the middle of the game, it becomes a battle mode. very dishonest and must be penalized.... its not anymore the money i wasted but the money i saved by deleting the app plus sanity i preserved by staying away from A----:s!

No response from ‘customer service’. After resolving a credit card issue that resulted in a charge back … I can’t get ANYTHING resembling a response, that would lead to restoring my account, to the status, prior to the credit card mishap.
