The game has glitched me to minus 46,763 amethyst and would like to have that fixed please. I’m guessing the glitch came from me reporting an unauthorized purchase of $17.09 that was posted yesterday. I would like these issues resolved please and thank you

Season 5 is not updating crystals levels fast enough. Cannot move up due to lack of high level crystals unavailable. If I cannot play I will either quit from border or not spend $ on the game I am sure I sm nit alone with this issue. Please place high level crystals for progress to continue. Thanks.

There was a problem with my credit card company (basically, a chargeback). Received a new card. In game message says to contact customer service, to rectify the issue, but not how exactly to do that. Trying to go to their page, results in a FORBIDDEN 403 code. Quite stunning, that I’m trying to GIVE them money, yet there seems to be a significant incompetency Issue, preventing me from doing so.

There's a huge problem with the game. I'm receiving no EXP from orders, and events. I want to be compensated for this. I've spent a lot of money on th8s game. And last time there was a bug we didn't get compensated for that either.
Stop kicking me from my alliance!!!!! It's so damn annoying. Why should I spend 200 amethyst every day to go back on my alliance to be its leader? And how the hell should I gather people if the system kicks me every day and sometimes twice a day from my alliance for having too less people?!!!!! Who the hell implemented this? Give me back my amethysts!!! If developers don't fix that stupid rule with the alliance, I quit! I am starting to regret the time spent on this game and the money invested.
Why the time for producing goods is much longer? It was for example axe time 5 mins and now its 35mins? The rest are much longer.

I opened the game today and all of the hero’s were reset to level 1. I had two hero’s at level 60 and numerous others close to that level. How to I get back to where they were?

Beware! This game is a pure money grab. It is clickbait and it deteriorates quickly. This game looks like you will build bridges and yet morphs into a weird “war” game. It doesn’t really have an identity other than the one imposed by the players that have played the longest or spent the most. Yet, there is no catchup to the more senior players…they will forever dictate your gameplay, even if you just enjoyed the tasks like feeding the cows and ostriches (remember war game 😂). Some players like, Team 1 from the UNG alliance, consider themselves the world police, though Team 1 is simply a harassing bully. Some players however are great but the entire social experience replicates a Lord of the Flies form of leadership so again, your gameplay and monetary contributions to the game developers swimming in their money bin will only suffer while you forever remain an inferior junior player. Your only hope is the senior players finally give up after doing the same tasks daily for months and realize their financial or temporal investment is outrageous and then quit allowing you to move up before you realize the same thing.

I have had an account for a long time now. It was opened up on a work email address when it was first opened. I had to do this due to issues I had at the time with the account I originally set up with my personal email address. I tried to get help then, but nobody responded. About a month ago, I started experiencing glitches in the game. I tried reaching out for assistance. I heard nothing back. I read online that if you go to settings, you can select device clean up. This will sometimes fix issues. There is a note in that section that says this may solve some in game problems. I did so. When I tried to set things back up, I realized that the game was set up under my work email address. June 1, I started a new job and no longer have that email address. This issue happened a few days after. I immediately tried reaching the developer and continue to try to do so via Discord. No response. I was told to reach out via the in-game customer service option. I have been reaching out daily. No response.
My issue is that I want to be able to access the game on my iPad. I can only access it on my phone right now. I need someone to reach out to me to help address this situation.
For whatever it is worth, I actually enjoy the game. The issue is as of this time, there has been ZERO support.

If I could give zero I would. I absolutely loved the game and even made in-app purchases regularly but then I had to dispute a charge because it charged me incorrectly and there was no way I found in the app to address it. I was still going to keep making purchases because I figured it was just an error since I had already had so many purchases that didn’t have any issue but when I logged back into my account I realized that my gems (used to purchase supplies) had been put at negative 32,255 which would take me at least a month to correct! They literally retaliated against me because THEY charged me wrong! I looked online and I am not the only person this has happened to! This completely crippled me in the game for a refund that was needed because of their mistake. SCAM!!! Also it is not a game about bridges at all, that is just a mini game that gets less challenging as it goes on…other aspects made up for that part for me but that is also deceiving of them so I figured I would share that fact as well.
