1 month agoSeason 5 is not updating crystals levels fast enough. Cannot move up due to lack of high level crystals unavailable. If I cannot play I will either quit from border or not spend $ on the game I am sure I sm nit alone with this issue. Please place high level crystals for progress to continue. Thanks.

4 months agoThis morning when I signed on all of my hero levels went down to level 1 from several at 53. From what I read above this seems to be a reoccurring problem. Does this actually get fixed?

I have lost my phone end I have linked the game with my google account but I don’t remember the password of the email end I can’t log in to the account.I am asking if is any option to get you access to account of the game end to change the email with new one . 5 months agoThere was a problem with my credit card company (basically, a chargeback). Received a new card. In game message says to contact customer service, to rectify the issue, but not how exactly to do that. Trying to go to their page, results in a FORBIDDEN 403 code. Quite stunning, that I’m trying to GIVE them money, yet there seems to be a significant incompetency Issue, preventing me from doing so.

7 months agoThere's a huge problem with the game. I'm receiving no EXP from orders, and events. I want to be compensated for this. I've spent a lot of money on th8s game. And last time there was a bug we didn't get compensated for that either.

8 months agoStop kicking me from my alliance!!!!! It's so damn annoying. Why should I spend 200 amethyst every day to go back on my alliance to be its leader? And how the hell should I gather people if the system kicks me every day and sometimes twice a day from my alliance for having too less people?!!!!! Who the hell implemented this? Give me back my amethysts!!! If developers don't fix that stupid rule with the alliance, I quit! I am starting to regret the time spent on this game and the money invested.

11 months agoI opened the game today and all of the hero’s were reset to level 1. I had two hero’s at level 60 and numerous others close to that level. How to I get back to where they were?

Disappointing
The game is full of empty servers and people with psychopathic tendencies. Yeah, it’s a war game, but this doesn’t mean people should be nasty and manipulative. Some tips to anyone starting this game for the first time… 1) the game is absolutely nothing like the ads or photos. 2) it’s a “farming” game that always has something to work on, so the progress feels satisfying 3) if you’re not happy with the server you start on, quit immediately and start over on a less toxic server. 4) every server dies out, so after 3-4 months don’t be surprised when more than half the players are gone. DEVELOPERS! We have complained for months that you do nothing to bring new players to the earlier servers. It’s ridiculous how you allow the old servers to whittle down to nothing, while you send new players to newly created servers. STOP creating new servers! Bring new players to the CURRENT SERVERS. (Edit: they finally decided to merge servers but they are merging FULL servers #10 with empty ones in 4-9. RIDICULOUS. Merge 3 at a time like you did with 1,2,3 already! Requesting a refund for my purchases. Devs you need to start listening to us, we are paying players & your changes are not helping anyone only hurting us).

Big time pay to play!
STAY AWAY!!!!! Bait and switch!!!! 1-2 Uber players can kill and entire planet of 400 players. In my planet there are over 400 dead accounts!!! Unless you have some bucks to throw at this game, don’t play. The attack/defense logistics are such that you have to do understand not how troop numbers, but troop levels and their attack/defense play, as well as attack/and defense buffs within research can help. Same goes for hero’s on attack/defense where you have hero rank and level. So someone with 2,000 troops can defeat your 20,000 troops and then move on to 10 other alliance members and do the same without a refresh (if I could post pic I would). So two members from another alliance can completely destroy an alliance. On top of that they can build “subways” and instead of having to travel 3 hours to reach you, they can reach you in 5 min. PAY TO PLAY. You’ve been warned! Oh and most of the 5 star reviews seem to be fake!

Misleading advertising
The ads and the store page for this app are so misleading. First you have to spend a lot of money to build your base at a reasonable rate. Then other players and alliances can attack you when you are offline and take things you spent actual money on obtaining. At the beginning of each season (about a month) they reset all your characters to 0 so you have to spend time and money building them back up. Don’t download this if you are looking for a fun little game where you build a city. This isn’t it. It’s a cash grab from the developers, and the people that spend a lot more than you do will destroy you. There are constant windows that pop up asking you to spend money to buy items. The gameplay could have been fun if it did what they actually advertise. Find a different game to play.
